A recently updated, gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with lowered granite peninsula that is a rare find for Harborside kitchen layouts. Both bathrooms recently updated, featuring large soaking tub/shower combo in master bath and gorgeous walk-in shower for easy entry in guest bath.

Property is waterfront on a beautiful cove with gorgeous views of a Lake Norman!

First floor unit with step-free access and extended patio with beautiful views of the lake. This unit is also steps away from the community tennis/pickleball courts for those who play!

Multiple grocery stores within 2 miles. Comfortable beds and plenty of space makes you feel at home. Close to parks, nature trails, sporting events, CLT Speedway, shopping, boating, golf, family activities, shopping & dining.

Beautiful apartment ! Clean, spacious, fully stocked, quiet, beds were very comfortable, management was awesome! They went above and beyond to help me out. Cornelius is a great town, you’ll never be bored. There’s always something do!

Great location for Davidson College events. Condo was still being cleaned when we arrived that night. A few minor issues but management was very responsive and promptly remedied. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Overall, very good experience.

The rental was beautiful inside and out. We had everything plus more that we needed. So clean ! Sitting outside on the covered patio was so relaxing. Wow we were impressed! Thank you Katie for everything as well as your staff.

Family Visit

Stayed at the vondo while visiting my nephew. It was wonderful, as he could boat over to visit.The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The covered patio was great for sitting outside and enjoying the area. The condo was great for older people, no steps to get in and one walk in shower. Will stay here for future visits.

Beautiful location

This place is ideal!! We had 4 adults ranging from 25 to 84 and everyone had their own space. Very clean. Detailed directions for everything in the area as well as inside the condo. Watching the boats and walking around the water was awesome. We would definitely choose this place to stay at again!!!

Great Lake Norman Rental

Wonder property on lake Norman. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s was so nice that it was pet friendly and being on the ground floor with yard/patio access was great. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Beautiful Condo in Nice Neighborhood

Just loved this 3 bedroom condo on a cove in Lake Norman. Plenty of space. The kitchen had every utensil and dish needed to stay in and cook. Loved the patio area and comfortable seating. Would highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean space. It was perfect for our stay. There was ample parking and the property is well kept. The living area is a decemt size with comfy furniture. Both the sofa and loveseat recline so the guys took advantage of that. The master bedroom is very big so that was nice. The other two bedrooms are somewhat small but the closets are a good size and there are benches at the end of the beds for luggage if needed. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked. I like that there’s both a keurig and a coffee pot. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser. There is also a full size washer and dryer so that’s convenient if needed. We would stay here again.

Quaint home away from home

We were absolutely so thrilled with this three bedroom condo. They had everything that you would ever want when it came to kitchen, utensils great wine, glasses, and pots and pans. It was absolutely immaculate and had a wonderful porridge overlooking Lake Norman. This will definitely be somewhere will come back to.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was equipped with everything you can need from coffee pods to plenty of towels, the property manager responded to any questions quickly and efficiently. Everything was perfectly clean when we got there. Very pleasant stay!

5 of us stayed here-grandparents, parents and an adult grandkid. We were in town to visit other family. The condo was very lovely. It had all the necessities we needed. We walked on the boardwalk by the lake every day. We played pickleball on the tennis courts (has tennis net but does have pickleball lines painted). We walked up to Kunu coffee shop. We spent time on the patio. It is close to a lot of parks, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. I did mention to the manager that the vacuum needed to be emptied (we had to run it once and it was full and smelled of dogs/cats) and all the throw blankets could be laundered too-smelled like dogs/cat urine. It is “pet-friendly” so I’m guessing that’s why. A couple of us are allergic to pets but we didn’t have any issues staying here. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again,
