Avemore Jan Cats No 3 is perfectly situated in Stellenbosch’s historic quarter, offering stylish and fully equipped self-catering accommodation in a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.

Each air-conditioned bedroom features a king-size bed and modern en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin. The main bedroom opens onto a private balcony where you can enjoy the vibrant surroundings.

The open-plan living area is tastefully furnished and includes a TV with Netflix (use your own login). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, gas hob for load shedding, and a Nespresso machine. Free Wi-Fi, secure parking for one vehicle, and elevator access add to your convenience.

Backup power ensures comfort during load shedding, while patio doors open to a furnished balcony for relaxed outdoor living.
