It is all about being outdoors in The Hamptons in the summer! With plenty of outdoor entertaining areas, from the fire-pit to the large heated pool and hottub to the kids club house, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath house has it all, inside and out. It is located just blocks from a beautiful bay beach, 5 minutes to ocean beaches and just 2 miles from Amagansett Village. Private 2 acre lot, at the end of a cul de sac, also includes a large deck with a gas grill and a slate patio with a dining table.

House is located in beautiful Amagansett, NY which is part of the town of East Hampton. This home is on 2 private acres at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Jason is an amazing host. The property is perfect for a family, clean and maintained well. The location is perfect because you’re in the peaceful, quiet woods but also only 7-10 min drive to Amagansett village and East Hampton village with great restaurants. Definitely book this house!

Summer vaca

We had a fantastic stay. Jason was a great host and very easy to communicate with before and after stay. Location is great close to town and the bay. We were very sad to leave!

Wonderful stay

We loved the house for our family with young children. The location is excellent, the house is clean and has everything we needed. The children particularly loved marshmallow roasting at the firepit. Also, the owner is very helpful and responsive.

Fantastic stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at the property. The owner was incredibly communicative and responsive, before we got there and throughout the stay (had some wonderful recs when we were trying to figure out a beach!). The house is lovely, welcoming, clean and perfect for a young family - they even had a baby gate which was incredibly helpful with my toddler. The backyard is truly a kid and adult playground, just as it appears in the photos. My kids had a total blast in the playhouse. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
