Welcome to this enchanting lake house nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire. As you approach the property, a sense of tranquility washes over you, captivated by the harmonious blend of nature and architecture.



The main entrance brings you to the first of 3 living rooms - this one being where you will play foosball, shuffleboard, board games or cards at the table, and access the Tree House Loft above. The Tree House sleeps 2 people on individual twin beds and is decorated with leaves weaved through cargo-net. This is a great space for you to keep your eye on youryoung adults or teens while giving themtheir own space.



On your way up the steps to the light filledopen concept main living area, you'll pass one of the Queenbedrooms, which comfortably sleeps two people. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops, a breakfast bar for 5, an electric cook top, and a double oven for all your culinary creations. Adjacent to the kitchen you can relax in the Main living room which has a gas fireplace and 55" TV and use the dining area for family style meals. The main living area is adorned with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the backyard towards the lake, with access through glass doors to the 50 foot deck, while the interior design effortlessly provides comfort and charm, creating a welcoming ambiance for both relaxation and entertainment.

The lake house offers several more bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful retreat. Heading upstairs, the third floor bedroom comfortably sleeps 5-7 people in 2 full bunk beds, 2 twin bunk beds, and a twin trundle bed. The Bunk Room is connected to a full bathroom with double sinks, a shower stall, a large bathtub, and a private rest room. In the lower level is the third living room boasting a 75" TV, 3 oversized swivel chairs, and a couch with a chaise that doubles as a Queen Murphy bed. Connected to the lower level living room is another full bathroom and two bedrooms - a winter themed room with a King bed and a summer themed room with a Queen bed.

There is a slider in the lower level living room that provides access to the patio below the deck and to the backyard. The starlit sky above adds a touch of magic to the atmosphere, reminding you of the beauty of the natural world - this lake house is a gateway to adventures with family, friends, and loved ones.



All the TVs at The Acorn Lodge are smart TVs and are set up for you to connect your own Netflix, Disney+, Prime TV, or other apps you prefer for your own personal experience. You can access all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer when you stay at The Acorn Lodge-swimming, kayaking, hiking, paddle boarding, exploring year round activities at Gunstock Mountain or embarking on a scenic drive to discover the region's charming towns and attractions.
