Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place just blocks from the shopping and restaurants at Northgate, and walking distance to the Texas A&M Campus. The unit boast really comfortable King Beds in each bedroom and enjoy the big screen TV from the reclining loveseat. With its full kitchen, you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bryan/College Station. This second floor apartment is in the middle of it all and includes free parking.



We are mere minutes away if you need something. We always want to help our guests and try to respond as quickly as we possibly can.

- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing

Loved this apartment - will stay again!

This place was immaculate and had everything we needed! An added bonus was location - easy walk to campus and Northgate. Randy was a fantastic host and we will definitely be booking a stay here again!!

Great place. Close to A&M for events and bars at Northgate. Close to the train, so you will hear the train horn that runs by A&M. Clean and cute. Good accomodations.

Great place

My son had a basketball tournament close by and this place was perfect for us. Everything looked really clean, walked around in socks, and my socks didn’t turn black! The beds were super comfortable as well. The location was central to everything. Asked if we could have a later check out and the host responded quickly!

Great spot to stay when visiting A&M

My son is an A&M student and four family members came down for the BGSU football game. This apartment was quiet, secluded, and a short drive to campus, the football stadium, and my son's apartment. The two king beds were fantastic and the air conditioning cooled the place quickly. This was our second time staying here and we'll be back.

The property was great, clean and comfortable! Hosts are very responsive. I have definately learned a valuable lesson with this trip. I had settings set to 3 people for 2 nights,but I realized after it was booked that it was inky 1 night.

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
