Luxury Modern Rooftop Oasis, 5min to Downtown

Modern luxurious rooftop home in trendy East Nashville & only a 5-minutes to downtown attractions like Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Top Golf, and much more! Your reservation includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a spacious rooftop with gorgeous views! Located in safe, quiet East Nashville, this neighborhood is in the hippest part of town and offers tons of great food and nightlife; be sure to check out the famous "5 Points" which is just minutes away.
The space
The home is 3 beds, 2,.5 baths, and sleeps 8 comfortably(with 2 additional inflatable beds). You'll have access to the second and third floors via a separate entrance for complete privacy.

MASTER BEDROOM
The second floor has a spacious master bedroom w/ KING bed with TV, desk & large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and blow dryer.

GUEST ROOM SINGLE QUEEN
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite jack and jill full bath to share with the additional room across the hall.

GUEST ROOM DOUBLE QUEENS
The third bedroom has two Queen beds and a large walk-in closet.

LIVING AREAS
On the 3rd floor, you can find a large living room with a half bath, dining, and kitchen areas that open into a spacious rooftop with sunset views.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the second and third floors with a separate private entrance located at the back of the home. Rest assured you’re completely safe, my home is equipped with: smoke-detectors, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, flashlight, and a first-aid kit.
Other things to note
I want your stay in Nashville to be the best experience possible. I am generally on-site (on the first floor) if there's anything you need. Your space is approx 2000sq ft, so there's plenty of room!

Great spot!

Great place in Nashville that is a short ride to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, etc. Very responsive host and clean property with parking. Would stay here again.

Lovely place that provided fresh coffee beans with grinder, beautiful decor and 3 beautiful bedrooms. The master bath was exceptional! The rooftop deck provided a great place to hang out. It was easy to get to downtown from there.

Music City Bowl Trip

The property was perfect for our family of four. I was not familiar with Nashville, but decided to go with East Nashville and it was perfect. We were within walking distance of some restaurants as well as the stadium for the game. I’d recommend this property.

Impeccable apartment

We spent a girls weekend in Nashville. The apartment was extremely clean. It is in a cute neighborhood a little ways from downtown and although not walkable to downtown sites there is a cute coffee shop that is walkable. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Really nice home, short drive to downtown Nashville

Andrii is a great host. He was quick to respond when we had questions and he was able to let us check in early on our arrival day. The home is very nice and clean, with plenty of space. Everything is as advertised. About a 10 min drive to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here!

Wedding

3 couples from Georgia came up for a friend's wedding in Nashville. The event was on Broadway which was only a few miles from the VRBO. Quick, 10min Uber to downtown but away from the loud noises of Broadway. Great location for our trip!

Nash 5 day trip

Very nice modern spacious property. Plenty of baths, beds, and parking. Newly updated and clean. Location in quiet neighborhood near trendy East Nashville and a short drive or Uber to Broadway. Upstairs area with TV and kitchen is a great, large gathering area with a large outdoor deck. Great property.

Had a Groovy stay at the Groovy Rooftop

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is very clean and modern and looked as though we were the first people to stay there. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Broadway, as advertised. It truly had everything we needed for a great weekend away with friends. The host is very responsive and was easy to work with. We will definitely come back to the Groovy Rooftop. We had a blast!
