Walk to the beach, stroll the promenade, or even sneak around the corner for a quick nine at Seaside Golf Course when you make this cozy Cape Cod-style home your choice for an Oregon Coast escape. Located just a block from the beach and the South Promenade the home offers a convenient location just a half-mile from Broadway Street shops and attractions.

The cottage's inviting interior features traditional decor and furnishings designed for peaceful family comfort. The living room is well-lit, with a plush sofa and smart TV included for casual home entertainment. There's also a desk area for remote working or school study. The eat-in kitchen comes well-appointed with all the major appliances, dishwasher, and utensils you'll need for convenient meal planning. The covered balcony offers a wonderful space for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

No parties are allowed. Quiet time hours are enforced.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
No street parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We obviously booked this based on the reviews, but also the looks and vibes. Had everything we needed for our 3 days staying here, the family room was great, but we found ourselves mostly sitting at the kitchen table playing games or eating. The upstairs was good, each bedroom had a different mattress. The bathroom has pass through doors that can be used by either bedroom. The laundry machines came in handy, but the loads that it fit were on the smaller side. The location was perfect for our hunger to go see the beach at anytime, also close enough to walk or drive a car for food or shopping.

The location was perfect - so close to the water for easy morning walks. Just the right size for our small Thanksgiving getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they even left us a disposable roasting pan for the turkey!

Charming clean house in great location. However, it was missing some pretty basic amenities (no place to wash feet after beach, no dish sponge, etc.) and furninshing was incomplete (beautiful balcony with no chairs, no dresser In the second bedroom, etc.). Overall, I couldn't help but feel I overpaid.

Beautifully and generously appointed, absolutely darling cottage just a half block from the beach! Our three generation ladies family outing found everything we needed to very comfortably wine, dine, paint, cleanse, sleep! We offer our highest recommendation of this space!

Short and Sweet

Location was perfect. Just a block from the beach. In the morning we had breakfast down the block at Ospreys. Weather was a little cool for the beach but a longer stay with better weather would have provided us unlimited time and a beautiful ocean sunset. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The By and By was so comfortable and homey.

Great place

The place was great. Nice amount of space close to the beach , 3 minutes . The house is older but very cute and updated nicely . Did have some ants they didn’t do anything about but it was tolerable .

The Honeymooners club

This house is so incredibly cute with lots of personality! The neighborhood is wonderful and you are so close to the beach. It was the perfect get away in quiet but vibrant little town. Every night we looked forward to coming “home” to rest and relax. We enjoyed it so much we extend our stay! The house felt incredibly safe and clean. And the Vacasca team was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Adorable Seaside Cottage

Lovely little cottage situated in seaside. Half a block from a very well walk8ng parh that will take you to town in 15min. You can also walk to the ocean near the Tides Hotel. There are no chairs to put outside on the patio or yhe porch. Would have enjoyes my morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Clean, well maintained property in great location.

Very clean, well maintained property in great walking distance to a matted beach access and a handful of restaurants. Location is great in the quieter southern end of the beach and just a house or two off the beach. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of towels on hand. Charming cottage and not over-furnished so there's space to move around. The child size toilets and tight space require a bit of bathroom gymnastics. Some nice things to add would be access to a grill or BBQ, a must for a longer stay.

Very cute and clean! Very close to the beach!

Family of 4 (2 kids). Super cute house with very cute decor and very CLEAN! Very close to the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the promenade. Loved the house but the only downside is it doesn’t have enough living room furniture for 4 people. The living room is small but a smarter arrangement could definitely accommodate a nice chair that would enable 4 people to sit together. Other then that we loved it.
