*THE BEST location in Sedona* You will love this darling updated home! Great balcony to take in the Stunning Red Rock views. Spacious suite with super comfy KING bed. Relaxing bathtub, perfect after hiking. Open LOFT area with 2 comfy TWIN beds. Very comfortable spacious & light home with all amenities provided, even a HIKING PASS and 2 car garage. Washer/dryer & Barbeque grill. Walk to gorgeous trailheads for great hikes! Just 1 block to charming shops, spas, eateries. No car needed!
The space
A lovely family room with Smart TV, cozy Gas fireplace and large sectional sofa greet you as you enter. There is a dining table and bar counter with plenty of seating. Pretty kitchen with quartz counters, stainless appliances, including a GAS range and well appointed kitchen. There is also a powder bath, laundry room, desk area and a 2 car garage.
Upstairs there is a cozy open loft with trundle sofa that pulls out into 2 twin beds, a large bathroom with soaking tub and shower, and the spacious primary bedroom with King Bed. The bedroom opens onto a balcony with seating area. The perfect spot for morning coffee or to experience "Glow Time" when the sunset hits the red rocks and is sooo enchanting.
The 2 car attached garage is super convenient!

The place was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. It seeemed like a new listing because it was so great. The balcony and patio was both picturesque. Very close to nearby shops and restaurant. The weather was perfect for walking around at night. Grabbed dinner and ice cream, all while looking at the starry night. Within 10 min walk. Just overall great place.

Perfect stay

What a great crash pad to explore Sedona from. It is very convenient to the Uptown shops and restaurants. This place has everything you need and more along with being quiet with a view. We would return if back in the area.

Perfect location, felt like home, extremely clean! Loved the balcony off the bedroom for morning coffee and the garage was very nice to use. We loved everything about this place !!! Would highly recommend!!!

Very Nice and Within Walking Distance of Uptown Sedona.

The property is well maintained -very clean and tastefully decorated. The host had everything we needed to make our stay worry free. Since we were only in Sedona for a short time, the pass and general information provided were invaluable to us. We were able to walk to many great places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this location/rental.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION

We absolutely loved staying at this home in Sedona. Perfectly located, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and very close to the mountains and important areas. The home is spotless, super well equipped. We had a minor issue with the thermostat (was warmer than we wanted it) but outside of that, this place is a gem and we highly recommend it and would def be back! Sedona is awesome too :D

First time to Sedona

This place was awesome! So clean (beyond expectations)! Kitchen had good quality everything! The description on the listing was spot on. Manager made sure we arrived and were happy with the place and would answer any questions we had. Lots of information on the area inside. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect location. Walkable to Uptown Sedona shopping & restaurants. The second floor has one private bedroom and one loft bed, that is open to the first floor, with a shared full bathroom. Great shower head. The kitchen accommodated our daily breakfast. We utilized the entire townhouse. Great communication with the host.

Nice condo in a great location

Great location within walking distance to Uptown. The garage was a plus. Access to a cooler and ice packs made it very convenient to pack water and snacks. Red rock pass was also very convenient.

Great location and wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful girls trip at Shelley’s place in Sedona. First, the location is wonderful and makes most of Sedona walkable. The actual townhome is wonderful and equipped with all that you will need. We appreciated having a garage to park the car in, the kitchen that had all one would need and washer/dryer. We also enjoyed both the balcony and front outdoor seating for added living space. We did a sunrise hike that was walkable from our place and the only way I can describe it is magical. Thanks Shelley! We will be back!

Out of the cold in Sedona

We like to get out of Reno-Tahoe when it's cold and dark for no good reason, i.e, lack of skiable snow. Sedona was one of the few places we have never been in the US and Shellie's VRBO listing convinced us that it was time to go. The condo was even better then described; sparkling clean, a seemingly newish refurbish, and everything provided that we would need. The garage was especially nice as it made made storing our bikes (and car) as easy as it is at our own house. The fireplace is lovely and provides plenty of heat for the lower level and the loft area while leaving the main bedroom sleepably cool. Anyone wanting a warmer bedroom would need to run the HVAC. If a person ran the fireplace and the HVAC the loft and even downstairs would likely be way too warm. It's an easy walk to Sedona for shopping and eating and there is an excellent craft brewery within a stones throw distance; well, stones throw for a younger person, anyway. Plenty of things to do in Sedona for our week long stay, we mostly hiked as road biking is trafficy but we'll simply bring mountain bikes next time. The hiking is spectacular ranging from easy and flat to very steep and longer. Bear Mountain was probably our favorite but they are all good. Review the guidebook in Shellie's condo if you are interested in hiking. And, finally, Shellie was truly exceptional to deal with. She responded very quickly to our few questions and helped us resolve a problem with diabetes supplies left at home.
