We really enjoyed the stay. Family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the garage game room! That was a hit! Pool table was a huge hit! We had a great tournament. The only thing I would change is the bed near the living room was not comfortable. It seems to have a board under it. Also, adding more garbage bags, and cleaning spray. We luckily brought our own. The ice machine in the fridge didn't work well so we bought ice. Host was great!! Very family friendly.

Hockey Tournament weekend

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend for a hockey tournament. We were close to the rink and had plenty of room for all the couples to stay together! The pool was as a great space to wind down and the game room was a lot of fun for all!

Family stay for grandmothers 90th birthday

This home was only a 10 minute drive from our family members who reside in Brandon and only 6 minutes from the venue where we held our mothers/grandmothers/greatgrandmothers 90th birthday. We flew in from NY and others from Texas and we had a WONDERFUL and comfortable stay.

Beautiful place!

We had an amazing stay! The house was very spacious for our large group. They really were thinking of keeping their guests entertained with the game room, hottub and the pool!!! There is so much to do just at the house!!! Very easy to get in and out of and lots of things to do nearby. Very close to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

We paid 2,289 for this stay, and the first thing we noticed when we walked through the front door was a strong smell of ant bait throughout the house. After reporting multiple issues, the host refunded us 250, but that did not come close to reflecting the condition of the property. The home desperately needs a deep cleaning. We found black hair in the showers, on the towels, throughout the house, around the pool, and on the pool deck. There were fake eyelashes left around the pool, heavy cobwebs under the bathroom vanity, dirty rugs, dirty baseboards and door frames, and heavy black buildup around the shower doors and corners that appeared to be mold or mildew. The washer had a strong odor, and the pool had debris covering the bottom when we arrived.Several things were broken, including the kitchen faucet, the stove, the pool skimmer net, and sections of the screened pool enclosure. The front door wouldn’t latch unless you held it closed, and the peephole was so cloudy you couldn’t see who was outside. The host explained that the previous guests had damaged several items and there hadn’t been time to repair them before our arrival. We specifically booked this home because it had a screened pool enclosure, but the damaged screen allowed lizards and bugs into the pool area. The hot water only allowed one person to shower at a time. The lawn had not been mowed when we arrived, the trash cans were left open at the curb, and the road behind the house was loud day and night.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. During your visit, we responded to your concerns as quickly as possible and provided a $250 refund as a gesture of goodwill. As explained, several items had unfortunately been damaged by the previous guests who checked out on the day of your arrival, and some replacement parts had not yet arrived despite our efforts to resolve everything before check-in. The faucet was damaged two days after your arrival and we had it fixed right away. Since your stay, damaged items have been replaced and the property has undergone additional deep cleaning. Our pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule and it was serviced the day of your arrival, and we notified you that the lawn care service was scheduled for the day after your check in. The garbage bins were left by the curb for garbage to be picked up by the sanitation services. We continue improving the experience for future guests.

We had an absolute blast this week staying in the Tampa area. The house was amazing and had every amenity that we could have wanted plus some. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and that only added to the relaxation that we experienced while soaking up the sun by the pool. The property owner was the best. Their communication was spot on and their response time to any questions that we had were answered in minutes not hours. I look forward to renting this property again in the future and I would highly recommended this place to anyone. Be it a single person or a large family, you will love it. The location is perfect, you have good privacy yet anything you could want to do is just a few miles down the road.

Military reunion weekend

The property was amazing and absolutely perfect for our small reunion. The house was extremely clean. We noticed one issue with a broken piece of furniture, but informed the host immediately so they were aware.. the location was perfect as it was close to the airport and everything else that we did over the weekend. 10/10 highly recommend and off we do another reunion in brandon, will definitely be booking this house again.

Spring break 2025

Everything was fantastic except the pool. It sure looks nice but it is NOT heated. It was ice cold, therefore know one used the pool. I would highly recommend picking a different spot unless you are ok with just walking around the pool.
