Introducing our expansive 3,348 sq. ft. home with a private pool and spa, featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests across 2 floors. Located in the renowned Champions Gate Resort 🌴, this property is just a short 20-minute drive from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. The house boasts carpeting on the stairway and in the bedrooms, providing a comfortable stay with a variety of bed sizes, including 2 King Size beds, 2 Queen Size beds, and 4 Twin Size beds.

Enjoy free parking in the driveway (street parking is not permitted) and a range of essential amenities such as linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary cable and internet access. Your stay starts with a starter supplies package, which includes 1 roll of paper towel, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all bins, a new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. As part of the Champions Gate Resort, guests have access to the exclusive clubhouse, which features a resort-style pool with a lazy river and splash pad, a fully equipped fitness center, an arcade, a tiki bar, a theater room, and a restaurant and bar. The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is a true gem, with a grand pool, water slides, lazy river, splash park, and more. Additionally, the resort offers tennis and volleyball courts, as well as luxurious air-conditioned cabanas for poolside relaxation. Trained chaperones oversee organized children's activities.

For golf lovers, the resort offers an 18-hole golf course and an additional 36 holes designed by Greg Norman. It's also the world headquarters for the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

🚭 No Smoking & No Pets – To ensure a fresh and allergy-friendly space for all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted. A $400 fee will apply for violations.
🏡 Housekeeping Services – While our properties are professionally cleaned before arrival, daily housekeeping is not included. However, mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee.
🍽 Food & Storage Policy – Florida law prohibits storing open food in the unit. For hygiene reasons, condiments, spices, and coffee are not provided before check-in.
📦 Starter Supplies – Your villa comes with a starter pack of essentials (trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries). Once depleted, additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.
🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee – Help us keep the space pristine! A $100 fee applies for any cleaning required beyond standard services.
🌡️ Pool Heating (if applicable) – Want to enjoy a warm swim? Pool heating is available for $50 per day. Requests must be made at least 7 days before check-in and booked for the entire stay.
