We're heartbroken to read this review, especially given our efforts to accommodate your stay. We reviewed all your requests and even made exceptions to our maximum capacity policy to try and make your experience enjoyable. Our team is available 24/7 through multiple communication channels, and it's unfortunate that these resources were either not utilized or acknowledged. We take guest feedback seriously and will continue striving to improve.
