- Pool Heat is available at a daily rate of $50.00 (it must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days before check-in).
- The home is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Violating this policy will result in a minimum $400.00 charge against the security deposit.
- Starter supplies include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar soap in each bathroom, personal hygiene items, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.
