The unit was mostly as expected except a smoke detector was beeping upon arrival. Someone came to change battery and it started again in the middle of the night. It was fixed while we were out that day but our SN son had a very bad night which meant I also did. I asked property management to provide additional toilet paper for our troubles and they declined. Seemed like a simple request to me.

Thank you for staying with us. We’re sorry the smoke detector caused an interruption during your stay. It was not beeping during our pre-arrival inspection, but when it was reported after check-in, our team responded within an hour and replaced the battery. When it was reported again, we returned and resolved it the same day. Regarding additional toilet paper, each home is stocked with the starter supplies outlined in the rental agreement signed at booking, and additional consumable supplies beyond that are the guest’s responsibility. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the unit was otherwise as expected.

Would definitely stay again

Listing was just as stated. Our family enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Master mattress was very uncomfortable, but tolerable. There were reviews about cleanliness which almost prevented us from booking. Glad we proceeded with booking as the house was fine. Pool occupied our kiddos when we weren’t busy. I have no complaints!

We standardize on linen and towel counts in all of our properties so we are sorry you didn't feel the count is sufficient. Family Christmas Get Away

Everything that was described in the property was accurate. The check in was easy with the electronic door lock. The house was clean, plenty of fresh towel, pool towel, extra blankets. The pool was great. The location was close to Disney and shopping. The 4 bedrooms were a good size. It had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing townhouse! The pictures does it no justice! It’s close to everything! My only concern would be the carpet stains in the master bedroom. Other than that the house is absolutely beautiful.

House would benefit from a deep clean, pool filtration system not working, ceiling fan not working, power sockets in some bedrooms not working, fridge ice system leaking, no instructions on cooker operation which would be not a problem if your from North America,no warning system on patio doors to pool, generally not a good exper

However, we want to clarify that your stay took place during a hurricane, which caused power, internet, and service disruptions beyond our control, affecting all users of those providers in the area. We did not receive any reports from you regarding refrigerator, power socket, or ceiling fan issues during your stay. Had we been made aware of these issues and they weren't related to storm power disruptions, we would have been happy to assist in resolving them as we did with other inquiries of yours. Regarding pool safety, the patio doors are equipped with audible alarms as required by Florida state law, and the pool area includes a safety fence, ensuring multiple layers of protection. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to make improvements.

800 Bella Vida

Overall our stay at 800 Bella Vida was good! The location was very convenient to most of the activities my family had planned for the week. I would definitely rate it at 5 stars had it not been for the tiny ants that were on the counters in both the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the pool area. I couldn't even leave my infants bottle of milk on the countertop without it being covered with small ants mins later. Other than the ant problem, the condo looked exactly like the pictures I viewed online, if not better!!

The property wasn’t cleaned. Two of my bathrooms had hair in the shower and the pillow cases was dirty.

Quick stay

The place was perfect for our family of 6. The pool is very small and still too cool in March to swim in (I did t want to pay to have it heated) but the community pool was warmer and nice for my kids! Wish we would have had more backyard play space for littles. Could hardly move about the pool deck. But it was a quick stay so not terribly important. It fit everything in our needs. Except trash!! Barely any space in the box for a place that is gonna house 5+ people! We had to drive to a dump.

Bella Vida

We arrived at Bella Vida a little early, the kids were anxious to see their vacation house. The guard at the gate was helpful and kind, we were able to enter the resort area and take a little drive around. We drove by our home away from home, it was very exciting for the kids. We stopped and played at the playground before heading to the grocery store and then back for our 4pm check in. Everything was seamless. The townhouse is clean, the kitchen well equipped, although the pots and pans should be replaced. The kids couldn’t wait to get into the pool, and 3 days later they have only gotten out long enough to eat and sleep. The property location is super close to Walmart, Target, Aldi and many other stores and restaurants. We are very happy with our choice to stay at Bella Vida.

Bad experience

Upon arriving at 800 Las Fuentes kissimmee fl, when door open there was a stench in the house after long ride bathrooms are the first room we use but the downstairs bath was where the order was it was because the plunger had been used and not cleaned had dried tissue with feces on it also the sink had standing water in it that would not go down drain. As hot as Florida is there is noway you can expect the temperature at 77 to cool the 2 store house, had to buy fans to cool bedrooms to sleep in sweating just as much inside house as out. The fridge ice was going everywhere but in your cup the ice maker was froze over then through the night the ceiling right over count er started to drip water everywhere after checking to be sure nothing was running upstairs it was clearly a leak from some where water was on tile floor made very slippery and we didn't have internet access till Sunday we left on time Monday morning.

Chegamos Sexta-feira à noite e desde esse momento ficamos incomunicáveis ou seja sem internet e telefone e o pior que prometem que vão resolver e não fazem ou seja só mentira Também na suíte superior lâmpada do teto não ascende. Beautiful house, not well maintained

We spend the first few hours of stay, cleaning the house because it was not cleaned properly. The bathrooms were dirty and the master bedroom shower had a horrible smell to it. There was hair on the pillows in the bed in the master bedroom. The trash receptacle was not locked and being utilized by multiple people. The window in the kitchen next to patio door was unlocked and the screen was not properly installed. We found people lurking around the property, staring at our kids while they played in the pool. When I spoke with Barbara (the operations manager) she defended the behavior of the lurkers and told me it was the HOA, even though I sent her video footage of their inappropriate behavior after my fiancée and I had to chase them away. I've been using VRBO since it was Homeaway and this by far has been the worst experience. The home is nice but it is not maintained and not safe. Thankfully, we have another VRBO host in the area who we rented from before that really cares and carters to his guests. We will stayed with him going forward for our biannual trips to Kissimmee.

Yes & No it was an experience but never again thanks though!

The house by its self was beautiful, definitely can use some changes .. I don’t sleep with bug at home so I don’t expect a place I’m going to relax to be filled with different kinds of insect. They had ants in a couple beds and flying roaches I’ve seen twice.. A lot of build up bugs in the hall corner on the stairs & it was suppose to be Wi-Fi I guess the tv is selective … the clean up team did not do a good job we had to wash all the dish rag & towel because they were filled with hair.. Needs a full bug inspection.. other then that we made the best of it… I love the closed in pool by the way!
