Beach Royalty gives you unbelievable luxury with the back drop setting of the Atlantic Ocean. A private boardwalk leads the way to the sandy beach and the gorgeous ocean. Enjoy your very own sunrise from the expansive decking on the beach and private dune top gazebo. If you're not an early riser, you can also take in a moonlit walk along the shore. Amazing ocean views are offered from the middle or top floor decks.

Built with comfort and style in mind, this home boasts custom window treatments and even bathrooms with handicap friendly showers and for the ultimate indulgence, claw foot tubs. For essential privacy, each bedroom contains its very own private bathroom, and one bedroom is "wheelchair friendly". The layout includes 4 adult bedrooms and 2 children's, making this home perfect for family gatherings.

Located in the heart of Nags Head, you are just minutes from Roanoke Island which offers The Lost Colony Outdoor Drama, NC Aquarium and Festival Park. Other close attractions include Jockey's Ridge National Park, Wright Brothers Memorial, Ocracoke Island where the wild horses still roam. You can also find fine dining, shopping and entertainment such as go-karts and putt-putt golf. There is a city wide bike path in Nags Head.

However, future visitors should be made aware that directly next door is a new large home that is a venue for weddings etc. The week we rented, there was a 100 guest wedding/reception that was beautiful but noisy till after midnight. The photos of Beach Royalty do not show the new structure. Also, we had an issue with roaches.

Very clean, well kept. I would highly recommend putting a garbage disposal in if possible. Also, the shower fixtures need to be replaced. No one wants to take a shower with rusty fixtures. One week was too short for me. Would love to rent this house again. Beautifully decorated in a fun, whimsical way.

Each one of us has a special delight about the house and what it provides. The teenagers love their pool games and they are doing a great job of teaching the younger ones. The opportunity of surfing lessons and paddle boarding and the rope climb provide another come only when we are visiting beach royalty. The grown-up have a week to kick back and enjoy the life that they have worked so hard all year to create. Ron and I get to observe the interaction of all family members and know all is good. The house is special to eac one of us..we all have our own place that we love. The girls and guys love the kitchen..Ron and I love the screened in porch late afternoon, the boys love the game room and the little ones love wherever the boys are. It's a perfect house
