Inside the home, an open-concept living area welcomes guests with soaring wood-beam ceilings, comfortable seating, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace—perfect for gathering together after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop, double ovens, and a beverage station so the cook never misses the fun.

Step outside onto the large wraparound deck where you’ll find multiple seating areas, outdoor dining space, and a covered patio complete with café lights, a grill, and a TV for relaxing evenings outdoors.

Downstairs, the entertainment level offers even more space to unwind with a billiards table, lounge area, and direct access to the lower patio and hot tub. The spacious backyard includes a fire pit for s’mores, lawn games, and plenty of room for kids to play.

A short wooded path leads to your private dock on Watts Bar Lake, where guests can swim, paddleboard, kayak, or simply relax and take in the peaceful lake views. The dock includes upper-level seating for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks after a day on the water.

Guests are also welcome to bring a boat or jet ski to use the available slip and lift, making this the perfect home base for boating and fishing adventures on the lake.

✨ Location

This hidden gem is conveniently located approximately 1 hour south of Knoxville, 1 hour north of Chattanooga, and 2.5 hours from Nashville. Watts Bar Lake is 38,000 acres of fishing, swimming, and boating paradise.

The quaint town of Spring City offers a grocery store and several restaurants, just 15 minutes away. There is also a Dollar General 7 minutes away for any last minute needs.

Under an hour away, you can visit Fall Creek Falls State Park, Lost Sea Caverns, Crossville golf courses & outlet mall, several wineries, Sweetwater Valley cheese, Mayfield Dairy, or the historic downtown Dayton, TN.

Driving just over an hour will get you to either Chattanooga or Knoxville area attractions such as Neyland Stadium, Knoxville Zoo, Lookout Mountain with Rock City & Ruby Falls, Chattanooga Aquarium, Chickamauga Civil War Battlefield, art museums, theatres, and much more.

It would also be easy to take a day trip to the attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville such as Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley’s, Dixie Stampede, etc.

If you choose to bring a boat or jet ski, we recommend using the ramps at Watt's Bar Dam Reservation, as you cannot launch from our property. The dam is a 15 minute drive from the house and about a 5 minute boat ride to our dock. There is a second smaller boat launch about 5 minutes from the house.

We recommend Blue Springs Marina, Arrowhead Resort, or Terrace View Marina for Bass Boat and Pontoon Boat Rentals. We advise reserving these prior to your stay.
