About this space
Ultimate beach cottage across the street from the bay and a 6 min walk to a public beach and park. Truly a hidden treasure with over-sized driveway room for an RV and a boat. Gourmet kitchen features beautiful granite counters, a Wolf gas range/oven, custom oak cabinets. Enjoy coffee in the sun room overlooking the front yard complete w/ a white picket fence. Gorgeous backyard with deck dining, plunge pool and fire pit, hammock! Boat access down the road at Cinco Bayou, less than one mile away.
The cottage is fully fenced, plunge pool, back deck for al fresco dining and sunroom. Three bedrooms (Queen/Full/Two Twins) and one bath, plus brand new outdoor shower. Everything you need to make wonderful family memories!
You will have access to the entire house and the garage (where the washer and dryer are located).
This property is perfect for families - .3 mile walk to Garniers Beach Park with sandy walk-in beach and playground. The public boat ramp is right over the bridge less than 1 mile away. 3.2 miles to Okaloosa Island Pier and the GORGEOUS white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast!

This neighborhood is quiet, but also offers a cute little dog-friendly beach park right down the street, which is great for relaxing in the water and enjoying both sunrise and sunset. Close to everything, and yet not in the middle of all the crazy fun of beach vacation life! This cottage is truly an oasis!

Our cottage offers amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. Let's just start with the ample parking for your BOAT or jet skis. Then move into the beautiful outdoor spaces with blooming trees and bushes, outdoor shower, fire pit, back deck and plunge pool. This house is made for a relaxing vacation. As we move inside, everything has been redone and tastefully upgraded - from hotel-quality mattresses to board games and art from local artists.
