Summary:

Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally-located home. Whether you are enjoying a family vacation at the beach or taking part in the Gulf Coast's finest fishing, our house offers a home away from home. Conveniently located within minutes of Okaloosa Island and some of the best beaches in Florida! Multiple boat launches are located within a five minute drive. Prepare a meal in our fully furnished kitchen or make it a night out in Downtown Fort Walton Beach only a short drive or walk away.



The Space:

Our home features a full kitchen with gas range and convection oven and basic utensils and serve ware. The Two bedrooms feature queen size memory foam mattresses and the third bedroom includes a bunkbed with full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. A separate twin is also in the room, both memory foam. The master bath has an oversized tub for a relaxing bath after a long day.



Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access the home with a smartlock. No key required! Parking is available in our covered driveway.

Getting around by vehicle, walking, or biking. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood.

Although I no longer live in the immediate area I am available by phone for any issues. We have people locally to address any problems that may arise.

This place is a hidden gem. The place was wonderful, had every amenity we needed. Beds are so comfortable, coffee maker and french press were fantastic. Host was communicative, location was close to the beaches. Highly recommend.

Great place!

The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped (we made all our meals). Our dog loved the big backyard. It's a convenient location. Overall, a great stay!

Very clean

Check in was very easy, the property exceeded our expectations. The home from the outside was in a regular neighborhood but going inside the home exceeded our expectations. It was very nice and very clean. Loved the fenced in backyard for my dogs that we brought. Was so happy I could just let them out the backyard. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great vacation spot. Even better owners.

Property was clean and very well appointed. Everything you needed but may have forgotten, was there waiting for you. Owner was very prompt with communication and able to get us scheduled with less than 48 hours notice. Home was close to everything you could want. Beach was just a short distance away. The beds were super comfortable (which isn’t the case at a lot of rentals). We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

I was very surprised with the property. I was impressed from the moment I entered the door. The goody basket on the table and the bottle of perseco in the fridge really made that first impression special. The house was in great shape. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well maintained, and the showers were great. The backyard was huge and well-kept and great for my dog to run and play in.My expectations were exceeded in every way. I would definitely stay here again for my return trips back to Ft Walton.

Classy and Comfy

It was refreshing to know this place is exacly like the photos. The beds were comfortable, showers were nice and hot, and the backyard was perfect for our old "pup". The ice machine was broke but Jeremy offered to have ice there since it was going to be fixed in time. I do believe his cleaning staff forgot some essential replenishing items after the last stay like handsoap (there was none) and toilet paper (only the rolls hanging). But the location is safe and close to everything so it wasn't a big deal to me... thosevthings happen. Jeremy was very communitive and kind. We would definitely book here again!

We were in town needing a place to stay for a couple of weeks after the death of a family member. The house had plenty of space for us to be comfortable and was nearby to everything. Jeremy was responsive and able to extend our stay for a few days which was a huge help.
