Cute rowhouse that is in the heart of one of Denver's hottest neighborhoods, The Historic Baker District. Amazing coffee, bars, restaurants, shops, and entertainment within blocks. This location is perfect for getting to know the city, with the middle of Downtown Denver less than 2 miles away.

This 1890's built rowhouse has tons of character and is fully equipped with fast wifi, large TV, smart locks for easy check=in, record player, fully kitchen with stainless appliances, board games, amazing patio space with lights, dog door to back yard, and much more!

Second time staying here. Great location. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, brewery around the corner. Place was as described, easy check-in and good communication. There is a fenced backyard with a doggy door.

Nice place, clean, had all the needed amenities, felt very comfortable staying there. Neighborhood was safe, restaurants were within walking distance. Host answered questions immediately. Would recommend, we surely enjoyed our stay

Ben was very helpful in the booking processand kindly gave us a later checkout when our son became ill and needed more time to pack up. The home was comfortable and very convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Historic District in Denver.

The stay was amazing!! Such a nice place in a historic district!! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, not like where I live with all the city noise. A very nice historic looking property. Clean, well kept and supplied! Thanks for the espresso and tea. The futon was comfy. Bed was great!! TV was very full of great apps. Thanks so much. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Denver.

It was all clean and acceptable, but the bathroom was very old and needed a fan and repainting. The BR lighting was far too dim. Ran out of toilet paper. No hand soap in the kitchen. AC was good. Very quiet neighborhood. Not sure we will stay there again as other places at the same price offer more space and better amenities.

Great Time At Historical Home

We absolutely loved the neighborhood!! Def would book this place again. Felt so safe walking around at both night and during the daytime. There are coffee shops near by, Snooze restaurant it was such a pleasant neighborhood. I did notice that there is a doorbell camera, similarly to a Ring camera which wasn't noted in the description in terms of surveillance. The couch is a futon is clean and new, isn't very comfy if hanging for awhile. Otherwise everything was described accurately. Overall was super clean, the mattress is a king and although softer than I'm used to my husband and I slept well. The refrigerated AC was so good! There is mostly street parking for entire neighborhoods driveways aren't quite a thing in Denver I realized. So we parked on the street several nights it all was fine. For sure a recommendation, we're keeping this one for later :) trip to Denver !
