Large 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Home w/Lake Views, Decks Galore and Firepit!

Now Booking Summer 2026. Welcome to Margaret House! This two level home boasts fantastic lake views, four outdoor decks/patios, fire pit, two family rooms and enough space to be separate when the time comes.

We are walking distance to three public lake access points and a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach. We are surrounded by bike trails and a short trip to Central Park. Grand Haven's beaches are a short 10 min drive.

Master bedroom is on the main level with lake views and attached outdoor deck. The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level with a bathroom right across the hall. The third bedroom is on the main level and has lake views. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the unfinished basement spaces.

Perfect for 3 adults 1 teen. Beautiful location in friendly community surrounded by water. Beds extremely comfortable. Couches and relaxing spaces abound. 2 decks and patio with fire pit. Favorite deck off master bedroom. Plenty of light. Fun decor. Extremely inviting. Only thing was tub shower combo a bit difficult for elderly person. Definitely would stay again. We stayed for wedding at country club minutes away. Perfect location for relaxing. Community small beach area. So many water views. Beautiful! Friendly neighborhood. Great for walking, biking ...close to Grand Haven for dinning and shopping. Perfect location. 1 hr from South Haven. Minutes to Muskegon. Highly recommend this location. Garage use a huge plus for bike/ scooter/ car storage.

Fantastic house - well equipped and maintained with all the welcoming bits that make it feel like a house and not just a transient spot. Great location in Spring Lake and an attached garage for winter parking that just barely squeezes in a Ford F-150 truck. Easy to get everywhere and comfortable - no leaky windows or drafts - very cozy. Thank you for a great stay.

A very beautiful home that was decorated so nice. Easy directions to get in to the home and to vacate the home. Had no problems during my stay so didn't have to communicate with the owner during this time. Before I arrived, did communicate with the owner and got a "speedy" response. Would definitely stay here again, maybe in the spring or summer so I could enjoy the deck and outside amenities.

The house was absolutely spotless on arrival and the decor was super cool.Frederick is a top notch host this was our 2nd time staying at one of his rentals and we’d stay again anytime.The house has everything you need and want in a rental again can’t say enough about the host and his hospitality.Anyone who chooses this property will be super happy all the around while process of check in and checking out was a breeze.Thx Frederick
