Located only 100 yards from the public beach access at Grand Haven State Park, with private association stairs leading down to the water, this newly renovated 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the perfect spot for your next vacation.

Tucked among the trees with serene water views, Summer Breeze offers the ideal blend of relaxation and fun. Spend your days on the beach soaking up the sun, then return to grill dinner on the patio or gather around the fire pit for s’mores while watching the sunset over the lake.

Enjoy the views without the climb! While many nearby homes require navigating long staircases to reach the front door, Summer Breeze offers simple, convenient access with only four steps from the parking area.

Inside, the home spans three levels:

Main Level – Bedroom 1 with a full bed and attached bath; open living area with water views.

Upper Level – Bedroom 2 (queen), Bedroom 3 (two twins), and Bedroom 4 (king + futon).

Lower Level – Bedrooms 5 (full bunks) and 6 (full bed), plus a full bath. Please note: the lower level has a separate outdoor entrance.

After a day exploring all that Grand Haven has to offer or spending time at Lake Michigan at Grand Haven State Park, retreat into the living room and melt into the comfortable couch. As you watch the sun set over Lake Michigan on the large patio, you'll be just steps from the fully equipped kitchen. Complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, the kitchen has everything you'll need to entertain.

This property is not pet-friendly and does have limited parking. Our sweet 140-year-old home wasn’t exactly built with modern driveways in mind, so there’s space for up to 3 cars in the driveway. If you’re bringing more than 3 vehicles, no worries! You can park the extras in one of the City of Grand Haven’s designated overnight parking areas. We really wish we could fit more cars on-site, but the space is cozy and we’re working with what the lot allows. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep this historic home happy and charming!
