The Space:

Welcome to Capitola Seaside Studio, your personal sanctuary nestled in the heart of Capitola, California's oldest seaside resort town. Situated directly across from the main beach, our third-floor studio offers an unparalleled panoramic view of the ocean, Capitola wharf, and the mesmerizing beachfront.



The beachy vibe of our studio effortlessly blends with its clean, simple decor, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Wake up in the plush comfort of a queen-sized bed, and let the first sight of the morning be the sun-kissed waves playing against the shoreline. Savor a cup of coffee on the balcony as you absorb the spectacle of a vibrant beach town awakening to the day.



The studio boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a cozy dining table, ideal for whipping up a quick breakfast or a leisurely meal while enjoying the beach view.



Please note that parking is limited to one car. However, with the condo's central location, you'll find that many of Capitola Village's attractions and amenities are within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area on foot.



Maximum occupancy of two, strictly enforced.  Shared coin-operated laundry room.  There are 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided.



Capitola, reminiscent of a Mediterranean village, is a picturesque, quaint, and vibrant destination year-round. Spend your days exploring the eclectic mix of boutiques, wine-tasting rooms, galleries, and surf shops, or take a relaxing stroll along the beach. Easy on site parking, fantastic location fantastic ocean views from the room. 50 steps to the beach, beach chairs umbrella towels etc provided. Great location for either a relaxed holiday or a busy one enjoying the local restaurants/ bars. Property is clean and well maintained. Could not ask for more. Quieter beaches only a 10 minute drive if wanted. Location has it all

Excellent location by the beach - it was nice to listen to the surf at night. Walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. I was a little concerned about the parking when we booked the property, but it turns out that I shouldn't have been as we had no problems during out stay. Great place for a weekend beach getaway!

Had a last minute Family matter to attend and this location worked perfectly for our situation plus it’s been awhile since we have been to the coast. It was relaxing hearing the ocean waves watching the surfers show up at 4 in the morning, lol clean & comfortable cottage. Hope to rebook someday soon.

we had an excellent time it was my wife's birthday nice to be up high overlooking the area we went to shadow brook for dinner and had the Taxi pick us up we walked to restaurants wine tasting and just shopped all with in walking distance from our room. we even went though a rain storm there and had fun watching the wind an rain from our window with a little wine we will do it again room was clean host responded quikly to our questions

Best views in Capitola

The views were exceptional of the village, the beach and the surfers. We enjoyed our stay - shopping in the stores, eating out, walking in the beach and sitting on the porch sipping coffee. A perfect getaway.

Clean and cute with great views. Also the unit kitchen is very well equipped for a rental. Plenty of pots and pans, micro wave, coffee maker, fast water heater-kettle, toaster oven, etc. Even had a knife sharpener!

Quiet beach front property

Really excellent location. The space is today and clean. There's a few things to do in the immediate area and the views at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Everything was great, except the elevator didn’t work and I have a bad knee, and I couldn’t lock the door after I left the apartment, but the location was fantastic and the apartment was great

We loved our stay in Capitola! Great place for husband's birthday. Loved strolling the beach and village. Our unit had a great view and compact kitchen with everything we needed. We highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

Great Views and super fun location.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It is a perfect location to visit Capitola. We spent the evenings just sitting on the two patios and watching the city go by as the sun set in the background. I would highly recommend the property to anyone. We have stayed at many places in Capitola and this was by far our favorite. You could not be more in the heart of everything than here.

Holy Capitola

There's nothing else to say other than this place is the single best location in town! Even the million dollar plus homes next door or up on the hill have nothing on this place! Super simple and perfect. Panoramic view was unreal. Coffee in the morning through happy hour each afternoon/evening... Sitting on the front balcony people watching was epic. Ocean views and waves crashing... Never gets old. I almost don't want to pump this place up because we want it all to ourselves... Loved it and will be back!
