Bedding Configuration:
Main Bedroom: King Bed
Guest Bedroom : King Bed (can be converted to Twins for $50 fee with advance request)
Additional Bedding: One twin rollaway bed and one fold out futon mat

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot/carport. Parking spot is located close to the sidewalk for ease of access to the condo.Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes. Split A/C units. Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom can be controlled independently.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Televisions: Yes. Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Fairway Villas N24 is located on the second floor of the N Building. There is an elevator and stairs to the second floor. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.

The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

It was great; spacious and clean; just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with miscellaneous tools for cooking. For a family, Harrington 2beds/2baths is the way to go. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. Several beaches within a short drive. We would come back and stay at this specific unit.

Great place to relax!

Stayed for a few days only but the place was a nice spot that had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend it to other travelers wanting to stay in the Kona side of the Big Island!

Second time in 2025 that we stayed in this condo. Perfect condo and location for market and restaurants. Sorry to hear Sansei is gone. Only complaint with condo is no door to bathroom from main bedroom. Only toilet has door. Lacks privacy and wakes up one of us when we use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Excellent location and great amenities!

My two daughters and I had a great stay at this condo. The Waikoloa area is great and this unit has excellent proximity to everything - beach (15 min walk), shops (5 min walk), and the Hilton pool (5 min drive). Two bedroom setup and kitchen with spacious living area was perfect. The patio overlooking the golf course made all of our meals enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

Great Waikoloa location and condo

Nice, clean, spacious condo in Waikoloa. Great location that is central to everything (walking distance) but feels private and remote. The pool is fantastic and the condo is well stocked with everything you might need. The outdoor patio is lovely and the condo has everything you might need for the beach.

Relaxing holiday at a great location!

Loved our stay in the Waikaloa Resort area. The unit was comfortable and the central location was awesome. Loved the balcony view overlooking the golf course and the King Shops. The unit was well equipped including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards. The infinity pool and hot tub were awesome. Overall, had a great stay!

Super full moon over the fairway...beautiful!!

Daughter, Son in law and teenage granddaughter who loved the ocean, swimming pool(s) and walking the petroglyph King's trail. We completed the 1000 pieces puzzle, I thought would be impossible. The kitchen is complete to prepare any meal, BBQ near by. Lanai was ideal to have meals or cocktails and enjoy beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable too.

Fabulous condo

The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet. The location is one of the best parts. We walked to the beach and to the Hilton. The Hilton pass gets you free self parking and a pass to the many pools and lagoon at the resort. Our departure was delayed by a day by the airlines. Resortica Hawaii, the management company, was phenomenal in helping us to stay another day. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Beautiful view

Loved staying in this condo. The highlight was sitting in the lanai and enjoying the view. This condo was fully stocked with the exception of condiments. One minor negative was no door separating the bathroom, with the exception of the toilet, from the main bedroom. We had someone who insisted on parking in our parking space which created a cascading effect of everyone being displaced from their spot. Despite these minor inconveniences we are thinking of returning in the fall. Highly recommend this condo.

Great vacation condo

Our family really enjoyed staying in N24. It is not brand new but really well maintained. Everything worked perfectly. Nothing was broken. Kitchen has everything we needed. Plenty of beach gear. Overall impression from condo is very cozy. Condo complex has a lot of greenery and a great pool. Parking spot was right downstairs from condo!

Stellar Condo and Location

The condo was exactly as described and even better. It was very clean and had a great starter set of supplies and included beach towels to use. The air conditioning and fans made the condo very comfortable and cool when needed. The pool and surrounding shops were very convenient and top notch. Property management took care of a minor repair immediately. The location was just beautiful, a short walk or drive over to the beach area. I would come right back to this condo if ever I am lucky enough to visit the Big Island again.

Great family destination

This was probably one of the best supplied condos we have stayed at. Cleaning supplies, toiletries and beach toys were all plentiful. The owner has made recent upgrades to furniture and some appliances. There are separate air conditioning units in each room. The condo was clean; location was very convenient to shops and A beach. We really appreciated the owner's flexibility in adding another friend to our group and enjoyed the friendly, responsive communications. A real highlight was sitting on the Lanai in the evening watching the lights of the King's marketplace reflecting on the pond while enjoying a glass of wine or cocktail. The pool is a bit small and shallow but it's ideal for families with young children. We had a wonderful holiday. Mahalo, Gabby and Shawn

Perfect for a Family of 4

Pros: Location, location, location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, nature walks, and beaches. The pool pass was great! You get all the benefits of the Hilton pools and free parking but you don’t have to stay at the craziness of the hotel. The condo has everything you will need. Stocked kitchen, minus pantry items. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and the space worked well for a family of 4 people. Communication from property management was easy and helpful. Things to note: The pool on property is a bit small but clean and nice. The master bathroom does not have a door to the shower and sinks. This is a middle unit so you hear the people above and the unit below hears you.

Fantastic unit

We've been going to Fairway Villas for several years. Let me tell you - this is the best unit so far. Tile floor, great mattresses, quite A/C, well-equipped kitchen, high-end appliances, enormous TV. Great time! Thank you, and I'm looking forward to booking again next year.

Nice upgrade of second bedroom and bathroom from the last time I stayed…and nice addition of comfortable couch. Clean, well appointed…spices, coffee filters, cleaners, Saran Wrap and foil. Linen and pillows fresh. Tile replacement outside was noisy for only a day and a half, considerate workers.

Another great stay

We had a wonderful, relaxing 12 night stay here after 4 year absence. It was wonderful to return to this same condo. Great location and appreciated the sunset view. They made some improvements with replacing the sofa & chair in the living room with a very comfortable large sectional. We were really able to relax on it and even nap after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The new 75" wall mounted TV was great too. All in all a great visit and we are excited to come back again next April!

Beautiful, peaceful, convenient location

This condo was even nicer than the pictures. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool and ‘outdoor’ gym (in a separate building near the pool, but all the walls retract creating a sense of being outdoors), were both very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

For Waikaloa, I’m not sure you can beat the location of this property. Walking distance to grocery, shops, restaurants, and beach is not common on the Big Island. Nice pool for cooling off and relaxing. Clean, nicely furnished unit with AC.

Great location with a few challenges

The check-in process could be improved. We did not receive any confirmation email with the gate code to access the property or the unit. Had to track down the property managers information to resolve. Shana (property manager) was very responsive. Property was very clean except for an issue with the mattress in the master bedroom, which was not resolved while we were there.
