アパートには、ブロードウェイに面した堅木張りの花崗岩の床、高い天井、明るいユニットがあります。
これは、建物まで徒歩の2階に位置しています。

リビングルームには、大型テレビ（ダイレクトテレビ、HBO、Cinemax）、DVDプレーヤー、革張りのソファ、アームチェア、6人掛けの大きなテーブル、4つのバースツール付きの別のテーブルがあります。

マスターベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッド、2泊分のスタンド、ミラー、クローゼット、収納スペース付きドレッサーを装備します。

セカンドベッドルームには2つのシングルベッド、2泊分のスタンド、ミラー、クローゼットとドレッサー、収納スペースを装備します。
プルアウトベッドはリクエストに応じて利用できます。

This was a spacious and very nice, clean apartment. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants/bars, laundry mats. The owner was very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

Review of Spacious 2 Brm Apartment In The Heart Of Astoria!

I stayed in this apartment for 8 weeks over the summer, and it was fantastic! The location is ideal, with a subway stop nearby and a 24/7 grocery store just around the corner. The street felt safe and pleasant, which made walking home late at night reassuring. I had read reviews mentioning it could get loud, and while it does get noisy at times, it wasn't a major issue. As a light sleeper, I still slept well after getting used to the garbage truck sounds. Anna was a wonderful host who accommodated all our needs. There were three of us staying in the unit, and she provided keys for everyone. She was always responsive, even arranging for a plumber to come the next day when we needed one. Overall, my experience in this unit was great, and I loved every moment! I highly recommend this apartment—or any of Anna’s properties—to anyone.

Perfect stay for a family

The property and location are perfect and with convenient transportation options. The cars and garbage trucks get a bit loud at night, the rest was great.

Excellent Apartment & Location

Anna's apartment is exactly as listed in the ad. We had everything that we could have wanted. The area is busy but safe at all hours. The EL (subway) is approx. a 10-15 minute walk and we felt safe at all hours day or night. The 24 hr grocery across the street is well stocked and reasonably priced. The stairs are steep and could be a challenge at the end of a long day. We would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC.

Très bon séjour dans le quartier d’Astoria

Appartement très propre, 2 grandes chambres et des literies très confortables. Les 2 salles de bain sont très appréciables surtout avec 2ados filles. L’entrée est bien sécurisée . Le quartier est populaire et sympa avec un petit supermarché juste en face et pas mal de petits restos dans les environs. La station de métro Broadway qui dessert Times square en 15 minutes est à 5minutes à pied de l’appartement. Seul petit bémol : le bruit de la rue est gênant la nuit même fenêtre fermée. Anna est à l’écoute et très réactive. Pour conclure, nous sommes ravis de ce séjour et des prestations de l’appartement. Je le conseille sans hésitation ! Merci Anna

El apartamento es muy amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa El acceso muy cómodo y seguro. El único inconveniente era subir dos tramos de escaleras con maletas La comunicación con Anna ha sido excelente, pendiente de que estuviera todo correcto La zona es muy buena a solo dos manzanas de la estación de metro de Broadway pero un poco ruidosa por la noche Una sugerencia: cambiar las ventanas por otras con cristales más gruesos y que se puedan abrir La estancia ha sido perfecta. Muy recomendable.

good starting point for sightseeing NY

the apartment was perfect for our visit to NYC. everything was very clean, the furniture and decor was good. many shops and restaurants, including the subway, are within walking distance. Great place for family to stay

We stayed here from 7/24 to 7/31. We spent most of our time site seeing and not too much time on the property. It was in a safe neighborhood and close to the subway. There were places to eat close by and grocery stores across the street. We had a grea time and would stay here again!!

Great location

This apartment was great for our stay. The Subway station is close. There is a grocery store across the street. Tons of restaurants and bakeries. Loved the neighborhood! The only draw back is the noise. Being so close to all of the fun is really noisy. There was construction noise overnight one night. Horns honking early. You get used to it. It’s New York!!!! I would stay here again!!!

Great apartment

My family was very pleased with the apartment. Exactly as described! Only complaint is if you are a pillow person like me, bring a couple extra. The location was excellent! Close to Subway and plenty of food choices. Our favorite was the King of Falafel & Shawarma for dinner and the Parisi Bakery for sweets.

Spacieux mais beaucoup de bruit la nuit

Apparemment spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Malheureusement, énormément de bruit de l'extérieur pendant la nuit car situé à un carrefour. Bruit de démarrages très fort, coups de Klaxon intempestifs. Même avec des boules Quiès, le bruit parvenait à nous réveiller. L'électroménager mis à disposition était en bon état et moderne mais nous n'avions pas les manuels d'utilisation pour les faire fonctionner. Nous avons eu du mal à comprendre le fonctionnement de la hotte aspirante par exemple, ce qui a provoqué des déclenchements de l'alarme incendie. Même chose pour le four. Anna a été très réactive aux mails avant notre réservation et notre paiement. Puis, mon dernier message avant le départ est resté sans réponse (je lui demandais des infos sur l'heure d'arrivée et les possibilités de transfert aéroport/logement). J'avoue que cela n'était pas rassurant (vais-je avoir un logement à mon arrivée ?) et m'a franchement inquiétée. Heureusement, j'ai pu la joindre à ma descente d'avion.

Nice apartment not far from the city centre

The apartment is big , clean,very confortable for 4 people with everything that we need . There is a supermarket at the corner of the street and also other shops and restaurants. The subway is 5 minutes by steps and 6 stops of subway from times square. the neighborhood is nice the only negative point is the noise of the street during the night.

Great Stay

Great location we were very comfortable. The apartment was fully stocked and clean. It was very nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Close to the subway and some great restaurants. Anna was very quick to respond to any questions. The grocery store across the street was great. Must try Sac's pizza on Broadway just down the block on your way to the subway. Cronin and Phelan another good place to eat on Broadway.

Great NYC vacation home and convenient. Safe neighborhood!

Our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) called this apartment home for the week. The building is in a great location, clean, with good amenities. Anna was responsive and friendly, giving great recommendations for places to eat and stores to visit, and ensuring we had everything we needed. In fact, when she learned the apartment was missing the blow dryer she had two delivered within hours. Excellent service! We used this as our home base and traveled to manhattan daily via the subway., which is only a couple stops away. When we were tired and wanted to head home we were there in short order, with lots of excellent food options at our doorstep. Felt safe at all times. Apartment is on the second floor and faces a busy street, however street noise is far less than anything we would have had in Manhattan. We ran the window fan at night for white noise and slept like babies. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect for our family of six

We stayed at this apartment during Thanksgiving week. The apartment was perfect for our family of six. Their are two pull out cots in the apartment that we set up in the living area at night. Two bathrooms helped everyone get ready in the morning. As described in the listing, it is a short subway ride into the city. We loved the Astoria neighborhood. There's a grocery store right across the street and lots of dining and take out options on the same block as the apartment. Anna gave us directions to the closest subway station and checked in on us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lots of space, easy to get to.

Having stayed in Manhattan on a previous trip it was nice to see a different side of New York. Broadway station was closed for renovations. 30th was just a short walk away. Once Broadway reopens the apartment will be 150m from the L Broadway St can get noisy but only because it has such convenient bars, restaurants, supermarkets & Dunkin Donuts. Make sure to visit the Museum of the Moving Image. We all enjoyed staying in the apartment and the AStoria area. We would happily return.
