The place was great. Loved the location. The only thing I would change is the ac in the second bedroom really didn’t keep the room cool. I would definitely stay there again.

It was the perfect space for three travelers - larger bedroom for the couple and smaller for the single grandma! Convenient location (although I wish the subway stops had been a BIT closer!) and a VERY responsive host. Other than having to play hide-and-seek to find the TP (and purchasing some before we found several rolls stashed in a dresser drawer!), we had a smooth, uneventful stay!

The location was a great landing point with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The MTA was a 5 minute walk so getting around was easy. And of course there were tons of food options everywhere! Would definitely stay again!

My daughter and I stayed in the property for a Labor Day weekend visit to New York City. We enjoyed the property and found it to be a great location to get to know Chinatown and Little Italy. The property is also within walking distance of both the Manhatten and Brooklyn Bridges as well as the World Trade Center memorial, museum, and tower. The property is also conveniently located to subway stations that can be used to go to mid-town and up-town Manhatten to enjoy museums, Broadway theaters, and more. The property itself is well maintained and comfortable. Since the property is in the middle of Chinatown, restaurants and stores are within a few steps of walking. The owners/property managers are also very nice and respond quickly to questions. Highly recommend this property for visitors coming to visit New York City.

This cozy place was exactly what we needed - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, little kitchen. A quaint NYC walk-up. Having been to NYC plenty of times, this place was on par with the size and quality of NYC apartments - location was fun and not too far from anything. Although on a busy street, the noise was not overwhelming with good windows. Communication with host was stellar. Thank you!

Great location. Chinatown itself gets quiet at night, but there were many delivery trucks that delivered things very very early in the morning which made it hard to sleep.

This place was absolutely amazing. With an absolutely beautiful view. During the early evening hours it is lively , smells delicious of the foods , friendly people. Very busy though. But when it’s time for it to shut down/930-10 pm it is VERY quiet . The place was easy to find. It DOES NOT have a living room which is okay with us because we weren’t there to sit around. The bed was comfy , the water pressure in the shower was absolutely AMAZING , and it was a nice location. There is parking on Bayard . Depending on the time . Close to subways and buses ! So once I parked I didn’t move my car til I left to go back home . Great communication as well !

Great affordable option for a fun stay in NYC. Had everything we needed and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Host was very responsive and communicated well. Nice view of the Chrysler Building and the shower water pressure was great.

We had a great stay in this apartment!! First, it was in a great location. There were several parks within walking distance for kids and the subway was a 10ish minute walk away. Second, our host was kind and very responsive!! We needed a baking sheet and he bought one for us and brought it very quickly. He also answered any other questions I asked within a couple hours Third, the AC and appliances worked great. We were there during the heat wave and the AC kept us COLD. We were also able to cook/eat leftovers using the stove/microwave and store our food in the full size fridge/freezer. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a true New York/Chinatown experience!

The property was comfortable for what we needed- a place to sleep and refresh. It was very clean. The shower water was hot and the pressure was great! The location is exactly what we needed. The stairs coming in are very narrow. The check in process was easy. Outside noise wasn't an issue. I would recommend to others.

This is a little gem nestled in the heart of Chinatown - a great location for exploring the neighborhood. Close proximity to subway and sites - famous ice cream shop and bakeries, Mott street, Doyer street; 2 rooms provided plenty of space; the view from the one bedroom window of the Chrysler building is pretty cool; air conditioner in each room was great for a hot summer night; the entire apartment was very clean and surprisingly quiet; and it was a nice touch to have fresh towels laid out on the bed. Easy check in - lockbox instructions were sent via picture and a video which made it very clear. Quick responses from the host where appreciated, even when confirming the correct address of the apartment as VRBO had listed an incorrect address. Highly recommend this place - Cozy and perfect for my stay. Notes: Bathroom is small, but worked great; it is a 3-story walk up so travelers with large suitcases will get a work-out.

The host was very informative in addition to simple instructions on how to gain access to entry. The residential stay was very clean and neat. Neighbors are quiet during the day and night if you enjoy a peace of mind. The area is perfect to find meals and things to do and just a 10 minute walk to Starbucks and the subway train station.
