Beautiful house with plenty of room very close to downtown St. Augustine. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The back deck on a small lake with a nice walking path was our favorite spot to hang out on.

Great house with everything you need! Well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms and showers. Outside deck is nice to sip coffee and watch the lake. Easy, enjoyable walk to downtown: Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is an older o house but it has been remodeled and taken care of. It was nice having the deck looking out over the lake. We walked to the castillo and historic St Augustine.

The house is great, plenty of room and plenty of outdoor seating areas for groups to sit and chat or play. Relaxing outdoor area with lake view. Location is great with close walking to historic downtown or take a quick Uber. Kitchen is A fully stocked with whatever you need to make your stay comfortable. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Only negatives: only found one hair dryer; ran out of toilet paper; need to add more mirrors and at least one full length mirror. Otherwise it is a perfect getaway.

This cottage is such a gem!!! It is very well equipped with everything you may need and more. The location is perfect. It is close to everything. You can park your car and walk everywhere. We will definitely return to this cottage in the future!

Not a great experience. We had to call for check in codes. The receptacles, TV’s and lamps didn’t work in any bedrooms because a breaker was tripped. I had to go flip the breaker myself on 2nd evening after getting the box location. Different keys and codes for front and back doors. No baking pans.No check in and check out process, we had to search for Wi-Fi name and password (hanging in the hall on a picture frame)Beautiful looking interior but non-functional. Good walkable distance to downtown

The coffee maker was broke but the single served worked well for us. There was no dishwasher pods and we needed to buy toilet paper and paper towels, there was only 1 in one bath and 1/2 in the other. The weather, Christmas lights and perfectly delicious meals made are vacation a 12/10.

Great vacation rental!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The location is perfect. 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of parking. The house is very nice and we loved hanging on the deck looking at the water. I would definitely recommend this rental and stay here again!

Great stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for walking into downtown while having a peaceful place to relax. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard is fully fenced so it was perfect for our dog as well. The deck is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

Our stay in St Augustine was outstanding!! The VRBO listing sent it over the top. The place was very stocked with all essentials and was very comfortable and close to town. Parking in Old Town is difficult and this place was great, walking distance to the shopping and dining areas. The deck facing the lake was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again

First time in St Augustine

House was perfect for us. Newly renovated bathrooms and deck were very nice. Was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.
