Upon arrival (late at night) I had some trouble with the code but was able to get in and everything looked great. Very spacious and wonderful for the kids! We even got to see a family of bears! Only a few very minor things we noticed such as the hockey puck for the air hockey table was very scratched and barely working, most of the pieces for the checker board were gone and the joystick for the arcade thing was sticking with no sound. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

House was spacious and bedrooms all have king beds that were comfortable. The place could use a good dusting and the fireplace had been red tagged inoperable. We used the gas grill on the back porch and 1 of the burners would not light. We had lights go out and called for service and they found water had filled one of the recessed lights coming into the kitchen. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed the pool table and video games in the evening. Would recommend this house for a stay, just need to be vigilant in watching for bears as they come up to the front door looking for food.

Great location.Cabin could have been a little cleaner but wasn't too bad.View of the junk field in back needs fixed. Looked like leftover construction supplies strewn about in a field kind of ruins the view of the mountains.

It was fabulous! The rooms were all great. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the media room, the game room, the pool and the hot tub. We just loved it thank you so much.

Excellent location and space

The house was amazing and the layout. There was so much to do for the adults and kids. The forest around the home was beautiful however the lot next store was full of debris and building materials. We also attempted to use the grill and had no gas. There should be guages to monitor levels to avoid guests being without.

Perfect location

Our stay was mostly perfect. The location is central to everything we wanted to do. The cabin was beautiful and the amenities kept everyone busy. I did contact the host prior to our stay to inquire about reviews that spoke of the construction and how if obstructed the view. Their response was just to show me the same picture on the website. The picture of the caning was accurate but it did not show the actual construction mess that was the view from the back deck. There is debris everywhere which does take away from the view when on the back deck. Our stay was still great but just know that you will be looking at large piles of leftover construction materials.

Amazing cabin!

Property was amazing! The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool. The theater was nice. We did a movie night one night. The beds are all king size. Showers were very spacious and beautiful. Definitely would stay again!!!

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed the cabin. We've stayed at several in the area and the quality of this one was definitely better than any of the others we have stayed at.

AWESOME LOCATION!!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS LOCATION AND HOUSE - INDOOR POOL- HOT TUB- SAUNA- GAME ROOM. IT WAS PERFECT FOR OUR WHOLE FAMILY. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST TO THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE LOCATION IS THAT EACH BEDROOM NEEDS A LAUNDRY BASKET FOR CLOTHES TO TAKE DOWN STAIRS TO WASH AND DRYER. AND SUPPLY AT LEAST ONE OR TWO HAIR DRYERS AT EACH HOUSE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT. THESE ARE JUST SUGGESTIONS AS WE HAVE STAYED IN MANY PLACES AND I KNOW THESE ARE ALL NEW IN THIS AREA. THE THOMAS FAMILY FROM KY AND IL WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK FOR ANOTHER VACATION HERE. WE LOVED IT.

Overall this cabin was very nice and clean! So many positives! We especially loved the movie room, hot tub, and pool! My 16 year old lived in the movie room lol! All of the rooms were so nice and had plenty of space. There were plenty of extra blankets throughout. Negatives: If you have a dog there is absolutely no backyard area. There isn’t really enough hot water to fill the bathtub (I tried the 1st night w no one else showering, dishwasher/washer not running, so should have been plenty)…..Overall, I would highly recommend this cabin!

Beary Great!

We had a wonderful stay- conveniently located, spotless, well appointed. Each room with a comfy king size bed and en-suite bath was the icing on the cake. Awareness item- this community is still under development and there is a large construction staging area in the back yard which hampered the aesthetics a bit- no noise, just unsightly. We would rent again- great visit!

Family Trip

The house was nice, but there were a few things. The floor was dirty, especially under the furniture. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom (assuming from a leak repair). We could not find the remote for the outside TV. There was not an outdoor fire ring as advertised. Also, for being pet friendly, there should be a dog park of some sort, or a place for them to run since our house had construction and a steep embankment out back.

Beautiful place

The property was perfect for our group. Lot’sto do. The backyard and surrounding area was still under construction. Not enough towels for the stay or toilet paper. Overall we loved it but a couple things needed in the hospitality department. Great views too!

New Year’s Eve get away

Our stay with total of 8 adults was fabulous. We used the hot tub, pool and fireplace and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here, not to far from downtown but far enough away from the traffic

Disappointing

Cabin could have used a deep cleaning. Stairs dusty with spider webs. Pool was not very clean and extremely slick. There was a leak coming through the main bathroom ceiling from upstairs shower, paint and hole in the ceiling from a leak that had been going on for awhile. Extremely inconvenient we could not use the shower in our bedroom. Per the maintenance guy this leak had been ongoing and never got fixed while we were there. Fireplace in the main bedroom didn’t work and the maintenance guy never followed up about that issue. This is our fourth stay in a different cabin and always have been a pleasant stay, can not say the same after this experience.

Great Location

Wonderful quiet location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle. 3 miles to Gatlinburg, or 1 mile from the FREE Trolley park and ride.
