Overall, we loved the cabin and will be back. Very spacious and up to date! Beds were comfortable. We had an empty propane tank and they came to refill it the day we notified staff. Cabin smelled funny- a musky smell that is hard to describe. The coffee maker made TERRIBLE coffee! It tasted so awful- a new coffee maker would be nice. Also- the pool table and hockey table barely worked and could use updated. We were lucky because we didn't have neighbors, or else it wouldn't have felt very private on the 2nd floor outdoor area. We loved all the fireplaces and the jacuzzi tub! However, the jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned and spit out black stuff every bath.

great experience

The cabin was clean. Looked like the picture. great location to gatlinburg strip and not to far to pigeon forge. the feel of being in the mountains but close to everything. We had a great time. like that all the rooms were on different floors. we were all together but still had our space.

Great Getaway

Great place to go to get away from the day to day. Loved the indoor pool, hot tube, theater room, pool table, arcade game. Air hockey table doesnt work great and pool table os a little beat up(but still was fun). Although we did have arts come in the pool area, the staff reacted and took care of the issue by late afternoon.

Gatlinburg family and friends getaway

The house and property were very nice and well kept. Plenty of things for our 3 boys to do in the house. They loved going from the pool to the hot tub and sauna. At night they played pool and air hockey or they watched a move in the theater room. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The living area worked out very well also, we enjoyed spending time on the patio and used the flat top grill a few times. The only negatives were that we thought our house was at the top of the hill and not the bottom, and there were houses what seemed like were on top of each other. The other thing was that there were very few cleaning supplies available to take care of the house. Our dog always travels with us and we like to vacuum on a regular basis and we could not find one in the house. Great place overall and would recommend, but will probably look for something a little more private next time.

Great trip!

Unit was very clean. We had an issue with a TV and someone came right away to fix the issue. Pool was nice but was a little cool. Location was ideal! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! The house was very clean and comfortable, the amenities were great (especially the pool!), and the location was very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone traveling to the Smokies.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our five days at this beautiful cabin. It was conveniently located, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. The internet didn’t work very well on the lower level but that can easily be fixed with a range extender or by connecting to your personal hotspot. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and will visit again.

Fall Break Fun

We had 5 adults and 4 kids staying here for our fall break. It was a great house to relax and everyone had their own space. The kids loved the pool table, air hockey, video games and movie room. The pool was a little too cold but the hot tub was just right!

5 start family getaway

Location- about 5 mins from downtown gatlinburg and 5 mins from a grocery store/gas station. Easy to get to- regular roads House- exactly like we saw in the pics. Plenty of space and clean. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Only thing is bring spices if your plan on cooking instead of having if to by them separately Pool- very nice for our family. On the Lower lever is a bedroom with a shower too. This was nice to shower the kids after swimming so we didn’t track water thru the house Games- all were in great shape and worked perfectly Maintenance- we had to call for the pool temp, they came out within and hour and fixed it. Also the upstairs AC wasn’t working. I called at about 7:45pm thinking they would fix in the morning. They came at 9p and was able to quickly fix! Overall we would absolutely stay here again!

Not clean

The place had bugs and dust all over the place. The dishwear had stains all over it. The worst part was the jacuzzi bathtub in the main floor master. You can tell they do not clean this out at all. My wife and I were going to get in it and when I went to check the jets black mold came out of them. There was also pee stains on the floor in front of the toilets when we arrived. We were promised several items and just when I thought the manager fixed it for us, we arrived and I called her, complete opposite of what we were told.

Great cabin

This cabin exceeded all of our expectations. Perfect for our family of nine. Major benefit was that each bedroom had its own in suite bathroom. Will definitely book this rental again!

A perfect vacation location!

The property was incredible. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the woods. The hot tub was so relaxing and the kids loved the game room.

Relaxing fun house

We chose this property for my 6 year old daughters birthday with 2 other sets of friends with kids. It was by far the perfect choice! Noone was ever bored and when we needed time to relax from our outside activities, the cabin was the best place to go, the adults could sit and relax while the kids play or swim. 5 adults would highly recommend this place.

Great pool!

My mom and I came just to relax and swim. The place was perfect! The only thing I would tell possible renters, remember it is 3 stories. So not good for handicapped or people with mobility problems.

House code did not work for the first check in also pool alarm and smoke detector alarm went off in the middle of night. Hot tub and pool were not working when we got there
