Equipped with all the amenities you'll need including a full kitchen, blazing fast WIFI, luxurious sleeping arrangements, and a library of books and games for rainy days.
The Space:
This unit is a split level apartment with the bathroom and kitchen on one level and the converted attic living space on another. Featuring a soft queen bed, a couch that folds out into another queen bed for additional guests, and several cozy and romantic corners to relax and lounge in during your stay.
Being an attic apartment and due to the stairwells and lower sections of ceiling that come along with that very tall and older guests may find themselves more comfortable booking elsewhere.
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire apartment to yourselves. The apartment is centrally located and walkable to downtown and Burlington's beaches, though it's also located on the bus line or a short uber ride to any of Burlington's attractions.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located on North ave near the heart of Burlington, you'll have no trouble getting to whatever activities interest you.
Getting Around:
The home is located on a bus line, a short walk from the city core, or a short uber ride to anywhere in Burlington.
Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of noise for the neighbors as you enter and exit the building.
Be aware that this listing is located in an older home and is a split level apartment with the sleeping quarters in a renovated attic space. As such it requires climbing stairs, has some odd ceiling angles, and has a smaller bathroom and if a guest is older, taller, or has mobility issues this listing may not meet their needs.
Also note that the EV charger in driveway is not available for guest use and is locked to only work with the downstairs tenants vehicle.
