Plenty of room for my family of 5 adults and only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops.Very clean and secure with a large garage for your car. Propt communication with the host.Highly recommended

Tons of room in a fun neighborhood VERY CLOSE to the beach.

My wife and I, along with our two adult kids (19 and 23) and my Mom stayed in this property and we loved everything. There's tons of space and everyone gets their own bedroom. The neighborhood has a friendly local vibe. We ventured in every direction and found something exciting every time whether it was the beach, the canals, the marina, great shopping, INCREDIBLE local restaurants, and even Santa Monica Pier is within reasonable distance. This place was everything we'd hoped for and more!

Amazing location, nice place that fit us all comfortably. Walked everywhere to eat, people watch & hang out at the beach. Back entrance was ideal for walking to and from the beach, skipping the crowded side walks. Property manager was very responsive via text. Wifi went out once during our stay and they sent someone to fix asap. I think it was fixed within 30 min.

Great Place, Great Location

The layout of this condo is perfect for multiple people. Having so many bathrooms is definitely a big plus and the rooftop patio made the stay worth it alone. There's also a secure garage which helps with peace of mind when it comes to your vehicle.

Great location

Great location and space. The space has the bare necessities. It would be good to have a printout of information regarding the space. The blinds should be replaced, and the space needs a deep clean, including the rooftop and grill. I would stay here again.

Perfect For Families - Walkable

We came as an adult family group and the apartment was just perfect for that. Our stay was great. Plenty of room for everyone and the home was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood has everything you need within an easy walk. The beach and pier are a few blocks away. The businesses are very pet friendly and all of the business operators were outgoing and welcoming. Every restaurant we tried was good and there was something for everyone, even with our wide variety of dietary preferences. Check in and check out were simple including a family friendly keyless system. There was a minor maintenance/repair issue and our host had someone there practically within minutes. Overall it was pretty much exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

The ideal staycation!

My friends and I are LA locals and wanted to find a place that was nearby but beach adjacent, and we could not have found a better place than this. Prior to our arrival, the host Justin made sure to provide us with all the thorough instructions that we needed. Getting settled in was a breeze, and within the hour of check-in we were already exploring the coast and soaking up the sun. The beach is a one minute walk from the property, and there are plenty of shops from Starbucks to Fat Sals in the area. Grocers like Ralph’s are a short drive away, so it was easy to keep the fridge stocked. As for the house itself, we always felt safe and secluded. The AC kept us cool during the warm parts of the day, and we never had to mess with the settings. The rooftop deck has a gorgeous view of the surrounding beachfront properties and the ocean, and was perfect for our afternoon conversations. Four beds and four baths meant that none of us were fighting over the restroom, and the bedding made it easy to pass out after a long day. All in all, we loved our stay here, as well as the ease of experience. If you’re trying to plan a weekend getaway by the coast with zero friction, look no further.

After arriving, I realized that the pictures included with the property listing must have been from when it was first acquired or listed, which was VERY disappointing for the amount of money it cost to book it for one week. The smaller patio was very dirty, and tables were rusted. The rooftop patio floor was warped in some areas and felt a bit unstable; furniture cushions had multiple tears. There were soft spots in the stairs as well and didnt know there were stairs inside the home. I did not recall anything noting that one of the rooms was not fully enclosed; you might consider adding this information. That area had a window A/C unit but it was still very warm despite running the unit all the time at a low temperature and keeping the door closed; only a curtain separated it from the larger, downstairs area. Kitchen drawers were hard to open. Consider adding small chairs to the balcony. The switch plate in one of the rooms was broken. I also think that letting people know it's across from a school is helpful especially during the school year because you will hear the bells and kids playing throughout the day. There's nothing to absorb sound, so you hear everything from people in the other parts of the home. Also, the lights in some of the rooms were plug in instead of hard wired. Internet connection was very slow and did not accommodate our needs very well. Lots of dust caused some allergy issues for some of my friends; only high traffic areas appeared to be cleaned well.
