LIVING ROOM - Open floor plan that leads to the front balcony. Wrap-around sofa with a Queen Sleeper and Full Sleeper sofa, coffee table, and a 65” flat screen TV and an additional Blu-Ray/DVD player with WiFi to stream Netflix. Free WiFi access.

DINING AREA has a table that seats 6 and a buffet table.

KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances and a black granite counter top with additional seating for 4 with breakfast bar stools. A spiral staircase leads from the main hallway on the 2nd floor to the 1st floor area.
This area is also handicap accessible from the outside via an inside ramp to an side door.
Furnishings include a Queen bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, end table, coffee table, TV Stand, TV. There is also a kitchenette with sink, black granite counter tops, a mini refrigerator and microwave.
The third bathroom located in this area has a tub.

PARKING
1st Car – Garage (Free) – Right side. The garage can accommodate a large SUV. Garage door has an opener.
2nd Car – Driveway (Free) – Right side.

4th Car – Next door neighbor in house on the right has extra parking off-street for a fee.
Free parking can also be located a few blocks away from the beach/condo in residential areas.
Additionally, metered parking and parking at Hassels (Ice Cream, Mini Golf and Bike Rental) is about 50 feet from the condo for your guests.

Hurricane Guarantee: If you are vacationing at our condo and a hurricane forces a mandatory evacuation, you will receive a refund for every night of your vacation interrupted plus one day to a maximum of your full rental period. For example, if you arrive on Saturday and a mandatory evacuation forces you to leave on Wednesday – you would receive: Wed night, Thursday night, Friday night, plus one for a total of 4 days refund out of your 7 days (therefore, would you receive 57.1% of your weekly cost back).
