Welcome to 308B E Magnolia Ave., Wildwood! This beach block 4 BR, 2 full bath rentals has a heated pool, 2 private decks, and ocean views. (This rental can be pet friendly. Please inquire with information about your pet for consideration.)

This is the best Wildwood condominium rental yet! It's the perfect place for your family's Wildwood beach vacation. You can make everyone happy if you stay here.

This well-appointed property is just 1/2 a block from the beach and boardwalk and close to both of Morey's ride and water park piers. This 4 BR 2-BA condo is just a short walk from everything that you want to do and see. Park the cars! You won't need them at all.

There are two private decks here. There is one on the main level off of the living area with views of the ocean and boardwalk and ride piers. The second deck is another private upper level balcony, with a view of the pool area.

Enjoy a professionally managed and maintained heated pool, with pool side furniture, and two gas grills for guest use.

PLEASE NOTE: RENTALS ARE TO A RELATED FAMILY ONLY. WE DO NOT RENT TO UNRELATED GROUPS UNDER 30 YEARS OLD. This is a family-oriented condominium complex.

Great Location!

This property was very convenient for our family. It was close to the boardwalk, rides, and restaurants. It was also extremely spacious and clean. The two decks, garage parking, and 2 bathrooms were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Location & Awesome Space

This condo is in the heart of Wildwood...just park for the week and everything is at your fingertips! Plenty of space for our 11 family members and the pool was an awesome perk. Even thought it is close to the Boardwalk, you still get the quiet getaway feel. Thanks for an awesome week!

Great condo in the perfect location

The condo was perfect for the 12 of us. There was enough space that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The condo was only one block to the boardwalk which was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet around us so there was no trouble sleeping at night. The only downside was the AC was loud when it ran.

Nice place!

Nice place.. accommodated us! The property is in a prime location. The pool was clean, a little small though. Nice for families or group of friends! The property manager was available when we had a question. The other guests were friendly as well. A lot of rules/instructions to follow, but overall we had a great experience!

Great location - responsive property manager

My husband and I rented this condo for our children, significant others and our grandchildren. There was plenty of space. The location was perfect and the pool was really nice at the end of a long day. We will stay here again.

Lovely property wry neat and clean looked exactly like or better than the pictures. Enjoyed the pool it’s small, but sufficient and for kids fabulous way to take breaks. The upstairs area was amazing for older teens (18-19) felt like they had their own “pad”. Owner was very efficient and obviously experienced in this business. Loved the garage parking. Great location to the amusement and water parks. Fireworks are right there, can’t get a better location. Rooftop deck was enjoyed in the evening looking at the lights of the rides and boardwalk in the warm sweet air. Our family had a blast.

Fun Holiday Weekend

The house was a wonderful size and in a perfect location! It was a short distance to take the kids to the Boardwalk. It felt very much like “home”. I would recommend this home to any large family looking for a nice getaway. Our favorite part was the open structure of the living room and the dining area. We were all able to spend time together in one space.

Great Family Vacation with 4 generations

Excellent property. Very clean, convenient location. The owner was very easy to work with, the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. This property is roomy, with just the right amount of privacy needed for my large family; parent, child, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. The pool was great, warm and clean. It is difficult to find a property than can accommodate a large family but, this unit satisfied our family needs. I would highly recommend renting this unit. Looking forward to renting in 2019.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful trip! The place is clean, has great porches, and lots of plates/glasses, etc. for our group of 11. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and we appreciated the large table to sit and have our meals together. A few negatives about the amenities- We were disappointed the grill didn’t work one night we planned on using it, the guys tried for an hour to cook some burgers that they eventually brought inside but it worked a few days later. One of the bikes is broke and unusable. When I mentioned it, nothing was done to fix or replace it. Also, the beach cart is missing a wheel but can still be used somewhat. So maybe check in on those items before you plan on having them there. Otherwise, a wonderful place and our refund was processed quickly.

Irish Weekend 2016

My family got together for a family reunion. We stayed 4 nights here and absolutely loved this unit. We swam in the pool the first day and loved the location with a short block to the boardwalk. The place is super clean and very spacious with great furniture for seating a large group of people. We will definitely consider renting again. Thank you Diane for all your help and quick responses back to me through email.

Excellent condo and proximity

This condo is an excellent property for hosting a large party of guests or for a smaller party to have sprawling space. The proximity to the boardwalk is perfect and the convenience of the indoor parking garage is a great bonus. The owner/manager is pleasant to deal with. Will stay again in the future.
