Terrible experience, do not rent
When we entered the property on a Saturday for a two night stay, the house was a little hot. The living area is on the first floor. The two bedrooms are up the stairs and the third bedroom is in the attic. We tried to turn on the Air conditioner but is would not turn on. It was 75 degrees on the first floor. They had a portable a/c next to the thermostat but when we turned this on, it just blew hot air. We contacted the property manager immediately and he told us he could not fix it because the supply houses are not open on Sundays. My two girls had to sleep on the couch in the family room because the bedrooms were about 85 degrees. I sweat through the night and got up at 6 am and just checked out and went to hotel. We tried calling on the number that was left on the kitchen counter but no one answered or returned our calls. We left several more emails through VRBO and we asked for a full refund. We were told we would get all of our money back but now the management company is not responding to our emails or phone calls. This was a nightmare.
