Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space. Large deck and private dock. Quiet neighborhood. Located on a quiet no wake Mississippi River backwater slough.
The space
Two bedrooms with large closets. King bed in one room and queen bed in the other. Full bathroom. Washer and dryer. Long driveway. One car garage.

Large back deck with lots of seating. Nice Weber gas grill. Large dock with boat lift and area to secure another boat. Fishing off the dock can be very good. Hot tub not filled and unable to be used per La Crosse county regulations.

Kitchen fully supplied with everything needed for making meals.

We absolutely loved our stay! Jason was great to communicate with via text and phone. There was everything that you needed there to cook and to make you feel like you were at home. I’ll definitely stay again!

One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. Jason was very nice and his place is awesome. Fished the Mississippi and had a blast. His place was immaculate and was stocked with everything we needed. Will be making this an annual trip staying at Jason’s!

Amazing host with excellent communication. Jason made our stay very easy and comfortable. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We spent hours hanging out on the back deck enjoying the nice weather. Will absolutely see if this place is available for any future visits to the area.

Excellent house and host !Jason went above and beyond to make sure our stay is amazing .The air conditioner broke ,so Jason fixed it and brought extra fan while we were at dinner .Highly recommended !

All the amenities you might want and close to downtown. A little dark but comfortable. The water view is quite nice.

Our host was amazing! We got into town early so he let us check in earlier which was beyond helpful! The house was super clean and amazing. Me and my friends really enjoyed hanging out there especially out back on the dock. We would 100% go back!

Perfect overnight stay

In town for the Winter Roots Festival. These accommodations met all our needs, plus just minutes from downtown. Wish we could've stayed longer. Next time we will!
