Regarding the outdoor areas, our home is on a heavily wooded lot, so cobwebs can appear very quickly—even after cleaning—especially during the summer months. We also remind guests in two separate pre-arrival messages to keep exterior doors closed, as this greatly reduces insects entering the home. The property also received its second scheduled professional pest treatment of the summer during your stay as part of our regular preventative maintenance. We appreciate your understanding regarding the lawn. After an unusually rainy stretch, we adjusted our lawn service schedule and had the property mowed during your stay in response to your request. We were disappointed to read the additional concerns for the first time in this review, as none of them were communicated to us during your stay despite our encouraging guests to reach out with any issues. Had we been made aware of the cobwebs on the patio or windowsills, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team back immediately to take care of them. We take pride in being responsive and always appreciate the opportunity to address concerns while our guests are still with us.
