Single family-friendly house, big fenced back yard, peaceful and low traffic neighborhood, great for bike rides or golf cart, freshly painted, 1450 sq ft, minutes from beach shoreline at gorgeous Hutchinson Island beaches. Older cabinets/older floor tile. Walking distance to the Children’s Museum and intercoastal waterway where the scenic intercoastal waters boardwalk trail; Dog friendly. Walking distance to Free Boat Launch. 2 minutes away: Fishing pier, bridge, shopping/dining, walking downtown Jensen Beach.

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, back porch with patio furniture and a grill. Dog friendly. Quiet single family neighborhood. Popular Pickleball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, yoga studio, basketball court, baseball field is at the end of the street in local public park. Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and tile is older, a bit beatup.
