PARKING: On site free driveway parking. Street parking allowed.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS: We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front and back entrance porches/yard and front doorbell camera which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Tampering of cameras and WiFi router will be ground for cancellation without refund.

By the basement stairs, there is a wall mounted fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the upper cabinet above the refrigerator.

Laundry unit - Washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement.
