Just minutes from the Henry Doorly Zoo, Old Market, and downtown Omaha — adventure by day, comfort by night.

The space

A sprawling ranch-style home with a finished basement and adjacent bunkhouse, thoughtfully designed for large groups and memorable stays.

Three generations of family stayed here for a family funeral. We appreciated the time together with cousins and siblings from all around the country. It was a great bonding experience during a difficult time.

This house and bunkhouse are so well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve the 20 family members who gathered for our cousin’s Christmas. We had one issue and the hosts promptly addressed it and even sent us cookies to apologize for the inconvenice. We had plenty of room to spread out and even better space to all be together! Highly recommend!

We’re local Omaha hosts who love creating spaces where people can celebrate big moments together. Ranchito was designed for connection — birthday weekends, bachelor and bachelorette trips, family reunions, game nights, and those “we haven’t all been in the same place in years” gatherings.

We’re hands-on about details and big believers that where you stay should feel like part of the experience — not just a place to sleep. From the game room to the hot tub to the fire pits under the Nebraska sky, we designed this home to make memories easy.

We’re always happy to share local recommendations, help plan surprises, or point you toward the best spots in Omaha. Hosting isn’t just a side project for us — it’s something we genuinely love.

You’re just minutes from the Omaha Zoo, downtown, Benson, and the airport, but when you’re back at Ranchito, it feels like your own private retreat. The large lot gives groups room to spread out, relax, and celebrate without feeling cramped.

We love that guests can explore the city during the day and come back to soak in the hot tub, hang by the fire pits, or unwind in the game room at night.
