Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Easy beach access with a short stroll to the boardwalk. This unit sleeps 2 or 4 if children are in your party. Enjoy the quiet old Florida Style neighborhood with towering oaks and a lovely greenspace. Your unit has it's own small courtyard with a BarBQue for quiet dinners. Screened in porch with a dining table is a nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Enjoy the laidback lifestyle of this unique community right by the beach access!

I am local to the area. So, I am a 3 minute drive away if needed. I do utilize contactless check in for my guests. But, you are not abandoned! I am here if you need me!

This is a quiet residential type setting with a short stroll to the beach. If you are looking for a resort type of setting, this is not it. But, if you enjoy peace and quiet, and living like a local, this is your place!
Treat our townhouse like your own and respect your neighbors, please. We have full time residents onsite, so please respect their privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. The City of Cape Canaveral does have a noise ordinance so please no noise after 10 pm. Please do not take bath towels outside, we provide you with beach towels. You will find cleaning supplies for little spills under the sink. Please wash sand off the beach gear at the outdoor shower area on the side of your unit. Excessive sand in the unit ends up with additional charges through AirBnB for additional cleaning.
Our Condo is a NON-SMOKING unit! Do NOT smoke inside the unit or you WILL be charged!

PROPERTY RULES PER THE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION
-No pets other than owner pets. We are sorry, but we are NOT a pet friendly complex for our guests. Service dogs are allowed with the legally defined documentation.
-No boats, motorcycles including scooters, motor homes, RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed on property. If you bring them on property, you will be asked to remove them.
-No skateboarding on property. Ask Kay about our local skate board park for that type of fun.
-No drone use on property.
-Quiet hours: 10 pm to 9 am
-No additional guests without express permission from Kay.

OCCUPANCY
One bedroom unit and it is restricted to an occupancy of 4 people.

Leave the townhouse in a neat condition. Leave it like you found it except for dirty linens.
 Please place all used towels in the tub.
 Dispose of all food items from cupboards, refrigerator, and freezer and take the trash out to the bin on the patio of the unit. Take the bin to the parking spot for 16 that is by the fence. The bin for recyclables is located beside the trash bin, and should be moved out to the parking area by the fence along with the trash bin.
 Do not leave dirty dishes and trash in the condo. Please wash the dishes you use before you leave.
 Set AC on 76 degrees.
