Fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished with washer & dryer in unit, walk-in shower, private deck on the 2nd floor with outdoor furniture & partial ocean view, private outdoor shower with an additional entrance, no pets, no smoking, WIFI, flat TV screens, and much more. Walking steps to downtown Cocoa Beach and just across the street from beach access! Easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, services, amenities, Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space center, 520, 528, Ron Jon's surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, parks, Jetty park campground, and just an hour to Orlando/ attractions.

Just for a few days

We took our kids and grandkids for a few days so the kids could enjoy the ocean! The property slept six, and we all had room to sit in the cozy living room, although the kids preferred the balcony off the upstairs! The appliances in the kitchen are great, and the pots and pans are nicer than I have at home! We could walk to the beach in 3 minutes flat, and went back to the house for lunch. We were also close to fun shopping. More places to hang our damp beach towels would have been appreciated, but there really was no good place, other than carrying them up to the balcony. I would use this house again for a beach getaway.

Cocoa beach

The place was as specified, great location to restaurants and beach. No hot water downstairs but other than that it had everything we needed.

Nice spot

Pictures are accurate. Everything was in working order and we had a nice quiet stay. VERY convenient to the beach !

Hurricane Milton wash out

Hurricane Milton caused us to cancel our stay. I am sure the location and property would have been wonderful otherwise. Rated the location and communication as 5 stars. Also rated the overall, cleanliness, check-in, and accuracy as 5 stars because I could not leave a review otherwise. But in reality I can not speak to those aspects

Great place to stay!

Property was very clean and taken care of. Location is excellent and just a few steps away from the beach. The pictures online dont do the property justice. It looks better in-person. Plenty of room. We had a party of 6 and were not crowded. The only hang-up is that the property owner came by one of the days we were there and was there almost the entire day doing repairs to the property dont get me wrong he was a nice person and great to talk to but i know that wouldnt set well with some people. All in all I would recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

Great location and roomy

We stayed here for 7 days with my grandma (72), parents and siblings (youngest 19). There’s a bedroom with its own toilet and shower on the bottom floor that my grandma could get to easily, and there’s two more bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. The patio door is out of one of the bedrooms, which we made work easily. My brother elected to sleep on the couch due to his late night sleep schedule, he said it was comfy enough, and it was large enough for him to fit no problem. There is no overhead light in the living room which made playing the board games a little hard but we enjoyed that the place came with a couple games, cards, plates, starter sets of paper towels and toilet paper. It made it feel like home. Can’t beat this location in terms of proximity to the beach. Walk out the door, down one house and turn left-you are at the beach. Made it possible for grandma to get herself to the beach on her own-she even got there in time one night to see a baby sea turtle. I was here for a program with the Kennedy Space Center for the week, it was about 20-25 minute drive with traffic (for anyone attempting to go to KSC from here, there is a drawbridge between this house and KSC that seemed like it was always letting boat through right as I was trying to get there on time.) I have a 4 for checking in, there was a miscommunication and I had been on the road for 13 hours and arrived with no keys but they answered the phone number from the listing and rectified it immediately
