Beachside Space Coast Townhouse

Beachside bliss is a click away! Take some time to unwind and relax in this fully equipped townhome. The quiet neighbourhood is walking distance to the beach through Cherie Down Park. Our private patio is a great place to enjoy Floridian evenings from, and who knows you might even have front row seats to a rocket launch!
The home is conveniently located near shops & restaurants, Canaveral cruise port, Cocoa Beach pier, and 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Your vacation starts now!

The space
There is plenty of room for the whole family. The property includes a bright living room, spacious kitchen with all the essentials and dining table for 6, dedicated work space, two bedrooms, bathroom, half bath and private fenced rear patio and front garden
.
The living room features a smart TV and overlooks the private front yard and see through to the kitchen. A work space is set up in the living room, for guests who need to finalise business, before turning the out of office notification on. Upstairs there are two generous bedrooms that share a main bathroom. The master bedroom has a private balcony, which is great place to have a coffee from in the morning and watch the sun rise. Both bedrooms have closets and smart TVs. The main bathroom has a shower over tub to wash those sandy toes!

Other things to note
The townhome is a short walk from the beach and a 6 minute drive to port Canaveral.
A 45 minutes drive will get you to either Melbourne Orlando or Orlando international airport.
Kennedy Space Center is 20 minutes away, and Cocoa Beach with all its cute local stores and restaurants is 15 minutes away.
You can easily take a day trip to enjoy Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, which are both around an hour's drive.
Our closest grocery store is Publix, a 5 minute drive and there are several restaurants close by, located on A1A.

Cute townhouse very close to the beach. House was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed.

Nice place for a family with small kids

Accurate with online listings, clean and well equipped. Living room and dining area are just enough for family with two small kids. Five minutes walk to the beach and have to drive to anything else. Host responded within minutes to an hour.

Family Fun!

This was an amazing trip! We had a blast!! The home was a cute cozy-like cottage. The amenities and hospitality were amazing. You can just pack your toothbrush and clothes and the home has everything that you need. We were met with cupcakes and soda for the kids in the fridge along with dog treats for our little Morkie. Our family felt that the cost of the home was less than the value we received from the experience. I normally use Arbnbs 3-4x a year and this was by far one of the most memorable experiences. I would use this owner again.

Nostalgic return to the space coast!

The condo was in a VERY quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for our brief trip. The weather turned much cooler that weekend, but it was sunny and warm on the front porch! The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious with enough closet and drawer space. The special touches throughout the house and the sweet treats awaiting our arrival were unexpected and thoroughly enjoyed. We were a day late for a rocket launch and only saw a few peacocks (huddled up out of the cold, perhaps), but we would definitely stay here if our travels bring us home again. Marielle and Patrick are superb hosts.

Hi there, welcome to our townhome!
There are three of us that own the home together, namely Marielle, Patrick and Jessica. We all live in the Orlando area, but all of us love the space coast so much that we decided to buy this townhouse, so that we could enjoy everything the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach areas had to offer, on a more regular basis. We wanted to become VRBO hosts and share out home with you, so that you, your family and friends can enjoy the area too.

We've looked at many houses and locations within Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach to buy a property together, but we really love this quiet neighborhood. It is super close to the beach and all the local town amenities, restaurants, cafes, stores and bars. We also love the fact that we can have front row views of the space rocket launches!

We love our master bedroom balcony, we've tried to make it feel like a cosy outdoor living room, from which to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, curl up with a good book or watch the space rocket launches from.
