Beautiful Remodeled 1930’s Spanish Revival, in Heart of Tulsa, 1/2 mile to Expo

You’ll immediately feel the attention to detail in this beautiful home. From high-end cooling hybrid mattresses and bedding, to custom black out shades and curtains in every room and window. The home is setup to be warm, relaxing and beautiful. Pour over coffee bar including digital scale and kettle, with Baratza grinder. Fast WiFi and dedicated desk space make for easy work from home, plus a full 50 amp EV charger port in driveway with no additional fee.

The house sits on a 1/3 acre lot, with private backyard and fire pit area. (Firewood available on request) there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the house comfortably sleeps 6. 1 King bed (master), 1 Queen bed (2nd bedroom), and 2 twin beds (3rd bedroom). Living room and the 3rd bedroom have smart TV’s. And the 3rd bedroom has plenty of toys and games for kids. Tulsa’s Braden park is just a few houses down the street and has multiple playgrounds for kids, splash pad, and a pond with fountains, geese and ducks, a great place to walk or jog in the mornings. The back yard is large with plenty of space for yard games and outside play and the house is stocked with board games.

This property in Tulsa was absolutely beautiful with a character and decor so unique, unlike any place I have stayed before!The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities we could ever need.The location was an easy drive anywhere in the city!We were a group of friends four high school best friends from 1973 and would highly recommend the Hacienda for your stay in Tulsa

We had an awesome stay at this lovely home in Tulsa. Was close to all the things we wanted to do. Tulsa is easy to get around. Loved sitting on the front porch and backyard spaces. Very quiet neighborhood. House was awesome and as advertised.

Charming house in a great location

We loved this house. The furniture was extremely comfortable and the architecture was so fun. Well kept and extremely well cared for. Being right off historic Route 66 was such a fun bonus

Girls Weekend

My mom, sisters, nieces and I have a girls weekend every spring to check out from normal life and just be together, our theme this year was “ be refreshed” and this home has been thoughtfully curated to do just that. Our stay was wonderful! Clean, small details attended to so that we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel - but with access to a kitchen!! Thank you to our hosts! we would highly recommend.

Mission Trip to Arizona

Our ministry from Michigan called "Jesus in the Streets" had a blessed overnight stay at this beautiful Spanish style abode. We felt like we were in a better gardens and home setting. We bless these people and thank them for allowing us to stay in their place. Highly suggest to visit.

Beautiful property!!

We picked this property because of its proximity to the university of Tulsa. We moved our son into college and needed a place to stay that was close. Very clean, very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything. We highly recommend this home and plan to return to see our son play soccer later in the fall.

Home for Holidays

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very pleasant. I don't have one complaint. The check-in process was easy. I thoroughly appreciated the coffee bar and supplies. I was concerned with only one bathroom, but it wasn't an issue. There is a huge backyard. The neighborhood is safe... I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Such a beautiful location

We picked out this house as our elopement ceremony location and could not be more in love with how everything turned out. The home is renovated so beautifully, the backyard was the perfect green for our earth day wedding. Our hosts were super communicative and informative; we didn’t need a lot of questions answered. I also super loved the coffee bar; not many home rentals have more options than a keurig. This house provided space and scenery for our perfect day, and we are so appreciative of it.

Elizabeth and Guests were wonderful. The house was well cared for and even with the addition of a small gathering to celebrate their elopement, the house was left in clean condition and without damage. All of the house rules were followed. Would love to host Elizabeth again anytime!

A good home base for campus weekend

We were visiting for TU homecoming weekend. A comfortable and easy stay. Admittedly, a little spartan in terms of provisions. The coffee bar had 5 ways to make coffee but no basic supplies provided. No soap in the shower. Little things but detractors from an otherwise good weekend in a very comfortable property.

We are sorry to hear that it was hard to locate the coffee supplies, we will take this into mind and make sure the supplies are clearly visible for all of our future guests! As for the toiletries , we love to consider what our guests might need to make the stay extra enjoyable so we provide shampoo and conditioner as well as extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, one thing we hadn’t provided yet was body soap so we will be sure to add that as well! The neighborhood is a wonderful historic Tulsa neighborhood with so much charm and natural beauty. Braden park is just a few houses down from the house and features walking trails, tennis courts, kids play grounds and splash pad areas, as well as ponds and fountains. And its only 1/2 mile from the expo center and fairgrounds, as well as just a 9 minute drive to downtown, and 13 minute drive to The Gathering Place, Tulsa's own 456 million dollar, world renowned public park.

The Hacienda is truly one of a kind. Registered in the Tulsa Historical homes registry, it was built in 1930 but has been fully renovated to preserve all the original plaster trim and Spanish revival architecture, while still adding all the modern amenities we are used to in a luxurious home. The beauty and decor of the property is inspiring while still feeling warm and family friendly. With a large backyard and 6 chair fire-pit area, you'll be able to take advantage of seasonal fireside comforts and yard games with plenty of room for everyone in your party. Inside the Hacienda, high end bedding, linens, and window treatments with black out shades empower you to rest well during your stay. The house is equipped with high speed internet (121 MB/sec) for all of your home office, or streaming needs. Multiple smart TV's including a sound-bar give that added entertainment value. We also have added a full 50 amp EV charging station located in the driveway with no additional fee for use.
