About this space
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Four miles from boat ramp onto Lake Guntersville. Easy pull through parking. Enjoy a little bit of the country.
The space
The house sits on 14.38 acres and has an abundant amount of wildlife depending on what time of year it is. Deer frequent the property as well as turkey and raccoons. Bald Eagles, hawks, falcons, blue birds, wood peckers, robins and red cardinals are just some of the birds that can be seen. Two cows roam the front pasture and a chicken coop supplies fresh eggs. My wife and I live upstairs and the downstairs is the rental space. There is no access to the garage.

Nearby attractions include: Cathedral Caverns, Lake Guntersville State Park as well as Bucks Pocket State Park, City Harbor, downtown Guntersville for shopping and food, Huntsville, Chattanooga TN, Nashville TN.
