As the sun sets over the water, relax/fish on the dock or enjoy the views from almost every room. Situated in charming village in the heart of Ohio’s Vacationland. 10 min walking distance to restaurant, jet ski, paddle board, kayak and boat rentals, family park. Only 20 minutes by car, or boat, to Sports Force Park, Cedar Point, Sandusky, Catawba, ferry to the Lake Erie Islands, shopping, hiking, beaches, water parks, museums, historic locations, Sandusky Speedway, wineries, breweries, and numerous charming little towns, festivals and fairs. One hour from Cleveland or Toledo. Option to dock your boat in front of the house or at nearby Clemons Marina for additional fee. House fully and newly refurnished with 1 bedroom down, walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms upstairs, all with water views. 2 full bathrooms, new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed. No smoking. Enjoy the Bay breezes as you swim, boat, or sleep. Enjoy activities all day then throw a line in the water and relax with a cold beverage to watch spectacular sunsets. One hour from Cleveland and Toledo.

Quiet Getaway

Property was just as listed! Located in a quiet community near all the popular things to do around the Lake. My kids and husband enjoyed being right on the water and the fishing was great! Paula was a wonderful host!

Family Vacation

The house was lovely inside. It was pretty and comfortable. The neighborhood was pleasant. Next time we come, we're definitely bringing the boat! I will say, though, coming from Louisville, I had wrongly assumed there would be air conditioning! Fans are provided and the lake breezes helped a lot.

Cedar Point Vacation

We were looking for a property that was on the bay with a dock as well as close proximity to Cedar Point. We were not disappointed. This property was very clean, was easy to access, and the property owner was extremely helpful throughout! Recommend 100%.

Beautiful Setting

Having accidentally discovered this home online, we were more than grateful we selected this location. Bayview Village is a small eclectic grouping of homes on Lake Erie that is what we wanted as a relaxing location with lots of options for dining and entertainment. The newly refurbished home had the old charm with the very updated amenities. We will return.

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful visit. The home was very clean and well kept. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The place was well equipped with anything we could have wanted. We will be back!!
