We love it so much we decided to move here and now we are hosting so you can enjoy it too! The sun, sand and water are waiting. :)

The space
We created this studio apartment for friends and family, then we decided to share it as a rental so everything is new and high end. This studio apartment has 2 rooms and 1 full bathroom. It’s in a very safe neighborhood (mid class, families, 400k homes) and it’s an extremely clean 300 sq ft studio apartment. With all rooms combined it would be the size of a nice hotel room for normal areas...or a really large space for New York City, LOL! Seriously though, it's just perfect for 2 people and it's not your average rental! You will get the same soft sheets, bedding, towels, care, and attention we give our friends and family because we love to spoil our guests and we have faith you will treat our home and items kindly.

FRONT ROOM:
Chairs, pouf footrests, smart tv (simply sign into your streaming accounts) WiFi, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel apartment fridge (no sink or place to cook/no kitchen- think of a hotel set up), Keurig, granite bistro table, ceiling fan.

BATHROOM:
Marble sink, fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer.

BEDROOM:
Queen size bed, closet, small dresser inside closet, hangers, luggage rack, reading lamps, charging pod on both sides of the bed, ceiling fan

Guest access
The home is set up like a duplex with a shared entry, solid core doors and added soundproof walls leading to separate apartments. One of the photos shows the yellow studio apartment entry door inside that shared entry. An access code will be provided via email and or text 24 hours before check in. We have contactless hosting service whereby you will be provided with a code to enter the house and you can call us if you need anything else. Our guest’s health is at the center of our focus and we ensure the apartment is sanitized before your arrival with all bedding and towels washed. We thank you in advance for doing your best to keep the studio apartment clean as well. We know you’ll enjoy your stay!

Other things to note:

EXTRAS: We do not want to cram a cozy space with items you may not need but we want you to be happy and love your visit! We live in the other apartment (the coral door in the photo) so just contact us for anything you need and we’ll set it outside your door.

*We have central heat and air but we also know everyone’s comfort level is different, so we have installed a window AC in the main living room. In addition to that we have a portable heater and fan in the bedroom closet.

We are here if you need us! We want you to have a wonderful stay so we won't bother you, however, we do want you to have anything you need so just let us know if there is anything you need and we'll do our best to get it to you :-)
