Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home, although we’re sorry the stairs weren’t comfortable for you. For the benefit of future guests, we’d like to clarify that the home was built in 1989 and the stairs are standard residential stairs although one set is quite wide, but has a handrail. They are not unusually steep or otherwise modified in any way. We understand that everyone has different comfort levels with stairs, so we appreciate you letting us know.

We had a wonderful four night stay at this golf villa. We traveled with two young kids and our dog. One of our favorite amenities was access to the private pool. We spent our afternoon or evenings there every day and had only a couple of other guests at the same time. It was very relaxing! The Keurig coffee was well stocked, which is great for coffee lovers. There was a pack and play for our young daughter. The house was as expected. The drive into downtown Galena was about 12 to 15 minutes. We would definitely visit again!
