Organize your belongings in the spacious full closet, and freshen up in the shared bathroom equipped with all essentials, from body soap to shampoo.
The property features a well-stocked kitchen, boasting a variety of appliances including a gas stove, air fryer, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker. These amenities, coupled with cooking basics like pots and pans, utensils, seasonings, and dishes, will bring out the chef in you. You can enjoy your self-prepared meals at the dining table or opt for alfresco dining.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, or unwind catching up on favourite shows on our TV that offers a range of channels. Options for controlling the room’s temperature, round the clock hot water availability, and room-darkening shades add to your comfort.
A washer and dryer ensure fresh laundry throughout your stay, and ample free street parking around the property removes any parking headaches.

4. The guest access section:
Guests will enjoy private access to their bedroom, along with shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Taking convenience a step further, we have set up a smart-lock secured private entrance that facilitates easy self check-ins. Besides free street parking, paid parking on premises can be arranged upon request.

Our property ensures a quiet and respectful atmosphere, absolutely not suitable for parties, smoke, pets, or infants (for safety reasons). Keeping up with short-term rental regulations, we ask all guests to complete third-party verification prior to arrival. Violations of house rules could lead to an immediate departure and penalty.

1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal. Makeup removal wipes are provided for your convenience.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
