Family Vacation
This property is listed as elegant, however, in my opinion it is not. We chose this property for the game room- ALL games were broken. The pool table has burn holes, a broken edge, broken bumpers and broken rack. Air hockey and basketball only scored on one side. Handles missing from foos ball and the ping pong balls were shot. The pucks for shuffle board had broken pieces. Couldn't use the room after dark because of poor lighting. The lighting is very poor throughout the house and not much hot water or water pressure (main floor bed and bath). There was an odor in the upstairs master bath that never went away. We got ants. I finally packed up my dirty dishes to wash at home because I couldn't get hot water. We had to clear the disposal, and I had to keep something over the other drain while using it. The worst was the pool heat. We paid for it and I don't believe it ever got turned on. Upon contacting the host, eventually a maintenance man possibly came while we were gone because the spa was finally warm enough to sit in. I personally couldn't go in the pool as it was too cold for me-it was 68 degrees out. I was issued a partial refund for the pool heat, and I'm not sure if the host received all my messages, but they did know about some of these issues. At first glance the home does look nice, however, as you stay in it you notice the rest of these things. Fixing a broken window blind makes a big difference.
