Brand new themed house!!! We had a blast!!! So so nice!!! And we decided to add a BBQ grill when we arrived, the host was responsive and friendly! Great hospitality! We definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub didn’t work however I don’t think it could’ve ruined anything. We loved the space and location. Management was great as well and readily available

Great house!

I stayed here with family and everyone had a great time! The check-in process was smooth, the house was clean and spacious, and the neighborhood had great amenities. The community is right outside of Orlando and everything you would need is only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here! We're already planning to go back.

Our stay

The house was nice but needs some updating and repairs done. Everything for the most part worked however everything was old and very used.

Great Location for anything

There was 9 of us in group. There was plenty of room for us all. The house is in a great location close to the theme parks or the gulf or the Atlantic ocean. The onsite club house is great to relax at if you dont want to leave property. The only issue we had and this is no fault of the property owner but T-Mobile service is absolutely terrible in the Orlando area. I would recommend to anyone to stay in this property.

December 2021 stay

The location of the house was perfect. Not far from the parks or anything. However, the house itself while cleaned needs serious renovation. Needs painting, bar stools need replacing, blinds were missing, pool fence was broken, carpet needs a serious deep clean, etc. the house was spacious and had enough room for my family but the renovations need to happen.

Nice stay for last minute bookings

Home was cozy, although there were a few small things that could’ve made it better. One of the tvs in the room was working properly, nor would it connect to the WiFi . The railing on one of the bed post was slightly broke upon arrival . Had to kill 2 unknown bugs, prefect location & loved the club house( oasis ) for the kids lots of fun but also saving money at the same time. Would recommend for a quick stay or last minute bookings.

Roomy and clean!!

This home was great overall. We did have one issue as soon as we arrived that caused us to have a delay on using the pool right away, however it was handled. Also I would recommend upgrading the pots and pans as well as more quality utensils (spatulas, can openers). The house was very roomy and clean. Once the pool was available the children couldn’t stay out of it. We had a wonderful time plenty of plates, glasses and silverware! Would stay again!! Also thank you Reggie for helping out with the issues we did have.

The house was infested with roaches. I’m allergic to roaches and had to go to urgent care to receive a steroid injection and medication to take for 5 days. Pest control came and I had to sweep up piles of roaches 3-4 times a day. They upstairs wasn’t spray so it drove all the roaches upstairs.I was given the wrong door code and couldn’t get when I first got there. The customer service is horrible. What’s the point of providing a phone number if no one answers or return calls. The emails are not answered in a timely manner. The house is old and repairs are needed

With this company you get what is agreed and paid - pool/spa is hot, house is clean, linen clean, everything you need is available and as a cherry on the top, welcome pack at the table! If you need to get intouch with the maintanance (we did with the accident) you get them on the line asap andthe respons is helpfull andrast and friendly. Highly recommend.

The house was ok, but the pool needs work water was low Linda the pool, no water some days in the jacossy TV not working in one bedroom bed broken in one bedroom garage disposal leaking water roof leaking on patio when raining knobs off dresser air conditioner went out upstairs very Miserable last night in home I feel as though I should have been compensated for that but it's ok we got through it, but the host was helpful in some instances but house needs some work

DO NOT STAY HERE

Warning plz look for another rental do not stay here I came here with my family for my sons birthday and it was horrible well horrible is an understatement. From the very min we tried to check in the door code wouldn’t work the entire trip we had to leave the door open and the property manager did not answer the phone at all. Fl is hot and my elderly mom stayed in a room downstairs and the vent wasn’t working the room was hot at night. The pool was dirty with chunks of hair n stuff like that floating. There’s also construction going on next door that is very loud. When we got there our linens where dirty and we had to was everything just plz keep your money or choose another property. Oh also our family members couldn’t visit us because we had to add them to the gate and the property manager never answered or return calls to add anyone to our property

Nice layout for large family but home needs alot of TLC

Paid extra for the pool to be heat. It took 3 day to finally be heated when we were leaving 2 days later. House did not feel clean at all. Ceiling falling down, pools screen door handle falling off, carpet and furniture extremely dirty, paints coming Off the walls. All mattress felt Like you were laying on the springs. Pictures online didn’t show what it truly looks like inside now. Was very disappointed!

Horrible don’t stay here

The house and pool was not clean properly. The pool was completely green when I arrived. The back door was duck taped close (it needs to be replaced). The back door is a safety issue. The dressers are broken( be careful for small children). The tv’s are duck taped to hold them up. The hot water work when it wants too. The air conditioner works when it wants too. This place ruined my vacation. Please don’t rent this place you will regret it.
