Peaceful Pool Retreat Getaway

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay here. Peaceful living at its finest, but still 10 mins from town. This tiny home features a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1bath. Outdoors features a salt water pool, spa, covered pool pavilion w/ built in fireplace, TV, bbq grills, and outdoor shower. There are fruit trees on the land, roaming chickens and a rooster. The pool is 4 to 8 feet deep. Just 15-20 mins to Fort Cavazos. Just 45 mins to Austin. Come stay and relax.
The space
The property is located behind our family home that sits on an acre of land. This is a small tiny home that features 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is no central air and heat. However, we have installed a window units in living room and master bedroom, and we have ceiling fans throughout. There is no kitchen, just a kitchenette- meaning no stove. However, a microwave, fridge and sink are present. The pool is right across from the home. Roughly 10-15 feet away. There are live animals on property so please keep the gate closed at all times. Guest access
Access to backyard and pool. Pool is 10-15 feet away from guest house. Very close!
Other things to note
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguards.
Please watch the children around the pool. Do not leave them unattended.
Pool is 4ft-8ft deep.
No pets allowed
No smoking inside the property. Please use outdoors areas and pick up cigarette buts.
No parties or events.
There is Dog in a separate fenced in area nearby.
Free range chickens roam the land and a rooster. You may feed the chickens bread, fruits or vegetables. Please remember that the rooster isn't friendly and he will protect his hens. Please keep gate closed so animals do not get out. Disclosure for Guests!
Wi-Fi may be weak or go out for whatever reason. This is a rural country area! But beautiful and peaceful… However…
There are bugs in country! We have the property regularly sprayed and do our best to keep it bug free.
*Lastly we can comfortably sleep 4 guest.
