The Cumberland Magnolia was built in 1886 and is completely renovated to make your stay exquisite. Located in the heart of the SoMa district and is within 2 blocks of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, antique stores, gardens and more! .5 miles from the newly renovated Arkansas Arts Center. This house is a perfect location for families attending weddings at the Art Center or for the Bride and her party to get ready for the big day! Excited to share our city and Historic home with you.

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. It was clean, well furnished and kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. It was convenient to downtown, places to eat, groceries and the highway. I recommend this property.

Kitchen had ample supplies and cooking tools for making meals. Shower was roomy. Beds were comfortable. It was very clean and well stocked with quality amenities. Home is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

There was one single detail just a tad disappointing—under “Popular amenities: parking available”… personally, I do not consider that this feature description matches ‘street-parking”. When I first drove up, I thought to myself, wow, this sucks—parking my new car at @ a stop sign & my, what a teeny house!But oh, my goodness me, upon entering & taking everything in, this home offers the most incredible decor—so many beautiful features—such unique artwork & designer touches. I was more than impressed & I would live in a home like this in a ‘New York minute’ :)This is my third VRBO rental and if properties all were all this amazing, I would never stay at a hotel again—however, having left this establishment just this morning, I am actually typing this review at a hotel in Bentonville, Arkansas, LOL.Thank you, Olivia, for providing a beautiful place to rest! My sister & granddaughter were both impressed with what a ‘grand’ place I brought them…

Perfect place for 2 couples

This is a lovely and comfortable home. Well stocked and the perfect location to downtown and my daughter's house. Both sets of grandparents stayed for a long weekend!

Fantastic Location, Lovely Home

Wonderfully decorated home. Most definitely walking distance to SoMa neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Central location with short drive to other hotspots (museums and attractions).

Working vacation

This house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Walking distance to the downtown and river! Would love to stay again.
